Aislamiento absoluto en 600 pies de costa, WiFi gratuito

Situado en 600 pies de playa rocosa y arenosa, esta casa contemporánea se encuentra en uno de los tramos privados más grandes de la isla de San Juan, atrayendo ciervos, búhos, zorros, focas, nutrias y águilas calvas. Contempla la vista de 180 grados desde Spieden Island hasta Mount Baker. Le dará la bienvenida a los increíbles amaneceres de la mañana a espectaculares puestas de sol desde esta casa de ubicación única.
Suministramos macetas de cangrejo, macetas de camarones y redes de inmersión que puede usar directamente en la playa. Baja por la noche con una linterna y la red de inmersión. Alumbra la luz con el agua y los camarones salen a la superficie. A algunos huéspedes les gusta bucear fuera de nuestra propiedad, que está llena de cangrejos y vieiras.
Hay dos áreas para lanzar kayaks y este lado de la isla es el más seguro y casi siempre tranquilo.
También poseemos propiedades en el área grande a nuestro sur. Si bien nuestros 600 pies son completamente privados, hay una larga playa de arena junto a la nuestra y nunca hay nadie en ella. Entonces tendrán un cuarto de milla de frente al mar para ustedes.

El plan de piso abierto en esta casa tiene una escalera de caracol para altillo con capacidad para 4. El dormitorio tiene una cama King California súper cómoda con vistas al agua. El comedor informal justo al lado de la cocina totalmente equipada y a pocos pasos de la terraza al aire libre. ¡La estufa de leña en la sala de estar hará que esta sea una estancia agradable en los meses más fríos también!

A gem on the edge of the island
This is a beautifully efficient, comfortable home with a view of the Puget Sound! We enjoyed our wintery stay, and the wood fireplace and floor heaters kept us cozy the whole time. We would love to return!

Home away from home
A spectacular, private retreat on a gem of an island. Our stay was completely comfortable, we saw so many animals from the property, and our dog also had a blast. Plenty of home comforts, a fire pit, beach access, and lots to go explore and see. We’ll be back!

Nice private getaway
My sister and I stayed 4 nights in late September. We enjoyed the water view and privacy. The night sky was beautiful on the clear nights and once we saw a sea lion move along the shore front.

What a view!
We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay for our week on San Juan Island. It’s a very private, waterfront home looking out over the channel to Shaw Island, and a quick ten minute trip into Friday Harbor for essentials from King’s like the famous King Cookie! Can’t tell you how many of those we ate. It was a little chilly for us Floridians, but the radiant heat available throughout made it very comfy. Our host, Charles, was prompt with his replies, and the housekeeper, Michelle, was very sweet and available at a moment’s notice. Really, I’m almost hesitant to post this review because I want to keep this place our little secret. Oh well, cat’s out of the bag. 😂

Romantic Getaway
We loved our stay here. It was perfect for us, and we will be returning in the future. I had kayaked the San Juans 20 years ago with my son and his friends and always wanted to bring my husband. We explored all the wonderful places on the island and the weather was great. The kitchen was outfitted with everything we needed. Thank you for the opportunity to stay here!

The perfect oasis!
We had the most lovely time during our stay here! The house is private and has the most incredible view. We loved sitting on the deck and down by the outdoor fire pits watching boats come and go. We even saw an orca! The house was very clean and decorated so cute! The kitchen had everything you needed to cook in and cozying up to a nice fire at the end of the day was lovely. Shower had great water pressure, bed was comfy, and wifi connection was great. Our pup sure loved hanging out here too! Owner was very responsive, helpful, and kind. We can't wait to be back!!

the perfect space to relax
Thank you to our hosts for letting us stay in their beautiful property. Close enough to Friday Harbor for quick grocery or lunch trips, but secluded enough to not worry about humans around you. We enjoyed the views, nature, and even saw Orcas right in front of the house. House was clean, and the property owners was very responsive and helpful. Great vacation!

Incredible home with amazing views
We had such an awesome time staying in this home, it was so pretty inside, clean and cozy! The view is amazing and we will definitely return for another stay. Another Idyllic stay
This was our 6th consecutive year visiting this corner of paradise. Seclusion, quiet, beautifully stunning vistas - there is nothing not to like. Many upgrades to the kitchen this year made our stay even more hospitable - not that it has ever been bad. Michelle was attendant to our every need and went above and beyond the call more than once to make sure all was as it should be. We will be back.

Beautiful views, convenient to Friday Harbor
We loved our stay at this location. It had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. It was quiet and secluded as the last house on the road. Great views. We tried to catch crab and shrimp but we weren't lucky for our one try. A very nice relaxing stay. Host was very attentive.

Stunning Home and View!
This is such an amazing property with the most beautiful view from the back deck! My partner and I stayed here for a few days and it was just perfect for us and our dog! Theres a ton of space to walk and play outside, and its close to both Friday Harbor and Roche Harbor!

Amazing little get-away!
We had the best time staying at Point Caution! We had a nice, but rainy time exploring the island and knowing we had a cozy place to return to each day was heavenly. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed and more. There's nothing better than waking up with this view and enjoying a cup of coffee! Thank you, Charles!

Got Engaged!
Nice place. VERY private. Great get away and place I could stage a "message in a bottle" engagement request. Rocky beach and no sand but thankfully I had the bottle attached to a net so could "hang it up" on some roots to be "found" by my girlfriend. Got some great video. Thanks a ton. Willy .
