Staff were very helpful and professional. The hotel was undergoing renovations at the time of our stay, so there was some residual smell of paint and the second floor was not available for guests. The elevators seemed a little sketchy as they constantly beeped for seemingly no reason, and there was audible knocking when they operated.
The rooms themselves were nice enough looking, but the beds felt like cheap spring mattresses as the center had already sunken in a bit yet it felt quite uncomfortable to lay on overnight. The bathroom completely lacked a fan or proper ventilation so the mirror was unusable after a shower for quite some time. Made it difficult to get ready (brush hair, shave, put on makeup, etc.). The A/C wall controls were completely unresponsive so we had to operate the controls directly on the unit, which seemed very dated and loud.
Breakfast provided in the morning was actually pretty good and there's coffee, water and fruit (apples, oranges and bananas) offered around the clock for guests to take.
