Peaceful Stay
Great home with 3 bedrooms. The top deck is great for sunrises and sunsets. Got reat use out of the fire pit. Very relaxing stay!

Overall the place was great. One thing I might suggest is that the 3rd bedroom with the queen bed have some black out curtains put in. During the day it was extremely hot in the room even with the ac and ceiling fan going.

Saw it all at Sea it All
Excellent condition especially since hurricane came thru 4 weeks prior to our stay. Host went to great effort to have property ready for our stay and did a valiant effort!!! We could not have been happier with the stay. Even liked the fact that beach was not crowded due to other homes having damage not fixed yet

Great but afew glitches
We love the location, but there were a few issues. First, when we arrived the code did not work and when we finally got somebody on, the phone, literally said that they expected the code to work and go to a different lockbox. On the main deck, there was a turnover bucket of cigarette butt and ashes that we ended up cleaning up because the smell was terrible, one of the two benches that were in front of picnic table was rotted out and useless, exposed in the outdoor shower we ended up, pounding it down, tried to reach the property manager about the seal on the refrigerator sticking out never got a call back so we used to pay to keep it down so it would not get worse, Appreciate it all the kitchen utensils, but I can help her is kind of essential. Might want to get one. Instructions for an impending hurricane and will give it two sets that were different from two different people. We also appreciated all the beach items that we could use, but we’re just all thrown into a corner, including many chairs that were rusted out , we picked up that area and put it in the fenced part so the hurricane will not blow it away.

Great Vacation Rental!
Family spring break trip. Kids first time to the ocean. Able to see the ocean from the property and walk to it in a couple minutes. Wonderful first visit to the area!

Clean and Comfy
Very clean, pictures don’t do the cleanliness justice. Beds were on the soft side and top bunk was a little unstable so our 13 year slept on the couch but she said the couch was comfortable. Nice view of the beach given there was a house

Surfside Beach stay
Overall we enjoyed the property. Check in was a little rocky. The code for the door that was sent to me was wrong and then i couldn't get a hold of anyone right away. One of the bedrooms doesn't have ac/ heat and the plug in standing fan for that room didn't work. The view was awesome and we really did enjoy the stay.

Moonrise by the Sea
This property is in a perfect location. You can see the Gulf from the porch, you're close enough to hear the waves while having a fire in the pit, and there are tons of things conveniently close. Weirdest issue we ran into was the Convenience/Grocery Store about 2 blocks away didn't have bread-so remember to take bread if you are so inclined; beyond that excellent stay.

Great visit!
We had a great visit. The house was easy walk to beach, with great views. It was well stocked and very clean. Only general complaint were mosquitos were out of control so bring bug spray. Can’t wait to come back!

This property has been recently updated and has ALL the things you need. I have never stayed at a condo with so many towels, dishwasher and laundry detergent, and amenities. The only thing missing was a blender. Thanks for a great stay!

We had an overall amazing time
We had a great experience while being there, the wifi did not work but other than that it was on point. Kids loved it as well as my wife & me. We enjoyed waking up to the waves & walking to the beach during the day then making smores on the fire pit in the evening & then going inside to end the night with Netflix movies. The beds are really comfortable...We will definitely be going back!
