Beautiful house, good location, not very comfortable, especially the beds--mattress cover quality, in particular. Could use some Tender Loving Care. Outside, Grill and smoker--unusable and no tools for cleaning.

Fun in Fredericksburg
Close to everything but far enough to keep your sanity! Great neighborhood for early morning walks and afternoon jaunts to restaurants and shops. Wish we had more time to explore. House had everything to make a short-term visit enjoyable. Only disappointment was rainy night which kept us from enjoying the awesome back yard

Great House
This property is well cared for. The house was spotless and furnished with everything you need for a relaxing stay. I was disappointed that we didn’t get to sit out back by the fire pit but it was just too HOT. Temperatures in high 90s. I highly recommend this place

Great weekend getaway
We have visited Fredricskburg numerous times over the years but this was the first time we booked an overnight stay and there were no regrets! We booked two nights and our group enjoyed the house so much. The bedrooms were good sizes and everything was comfortable, clean and well decorated. Our group loved the board games stocked in the living room. We didn’t cook but the kitchen was stocked with cookware, blender, and outside grill. The coffee bar was a nice touch with so many options for any coffee lover. Plus there is also a lovely outside patio with a fire pit with chairs. Great spot for visiting or roasting marshmallows. (Roasting sticks are conveniently located in the kitchen). Unfortunately we tried to use the pit but it rained the night before and the firewood was too wet. The location is very close to downtown and an easy drive to all the shops and nearby restaurants. And also easy driving distance to many of the vineyards. One more thing. The host Ian was very responsive to our needs especially when we had trouble unlocking the front door. We look forward to another stay.

This house was perfect for our Moms' Weekend away! It was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is ideal. The hosts were so accomodating and responsive, and we would absolutely stay here again!

Awesome Experience
My family and I stayed at Peach Orchard House in Fredericksburg for the 4th of July. It was great - plenty of room for 5 adults and an infant. We each had our own comfortable bed. The place was clean and well kept. The bathrooms were great! We were pleasantly surprised with the accommodations and amenities. I would highly recommend Peach Orchard House to anyone!

Nothing but praise for this house and hosts!
We were so pleased that we chose this house. The house itself is beautifully decorated and the floor plan well laid out. The backyard was so nice and we enjoyed our evenings visiting there. The hosts were very accessible and couldn’t have been kinder. The location was also perfect for us. We look forward to an opportunity to stay in this house again!

Cutest little house!
Went to Fredericksburg with some friends and booked this house! It was perfect with all the comforts of home! We walked into town for dinner and enjoyed hanging out and talking by the firepit and the living room! Perfect little house!

Beautiful and well maintained home. Close to downtown but quiet neighborhood. Went walking several times and neighbors were friendly Home had everything needed to have restful stay. Wonderful!
Very clean, quiet and very comfortable. The host has some specific requests in accordance with the City’s noise ordinance. This provided for a very peaceful and restful stay. The beds were very comfortable and the entire house was relaxing. The Host goes above and beyond to help us feel welcome. I highly recommend staying here. It will make your visit to Fredericksburg all the more enjoyable!

Great stay!
We enjoyed this house very much. It was well maintained, furnished beautifully, stocked with everything we could possibly need. Very nice and cozy. We would definitely book this house again. Only negative was that it was a little too far to walk to downtown, but a very easy drive there.
