Peach Orchard Haus
We had an excellent weekend at the Peach Orchard Haus in Fredericksburg. The hose was just perfect for 4 adults and 2 young children. The fireplace was used to make hot dogs and roast marshmallows. We loved the coffee bar and the kitchen was well equipped for the light cooking we did while we were there. We can't wait for our next visit.

Enjoyable trip!!
Very nice and cozy atmosphere. Really enjoyed the location. Close to everything we wanted. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for cooking breakfast at ‘home’. The beds were comfortable and lots of hanging out space, but suggest maybe some more footstools for the living area for propping up old tired legs after a day of shopping. Will definitely put Peach Orchard House on the top of our list for our next trip!!

Our favorite stay in Fredericksburg!
We LOVE staying at Ian's place every year when we do our annual hunting trip. This is the 2nd year in a row we stayed here and we plan to continue the tradition in the coming years. The house is perfect - very clean and laid out in the best way to accommodate the group. The beds are super comfortable which cannot be said for most temporary stays. The backyard is the cherry on top, we loved roasting s'mores over the fire. Book with Ian, you will not be disappointed!

A great place!
We really enjoyed this property. It was perfect and the kitchen was well stocked. Only downside was the wood stove on living area isn’t a working stove. Other than that it was great!

Cutest little place!
Very well appointed. Love all the details, coffee extras, decor and comfortable beds. This little place has everything you need including a fire pit stocked with wood. We loved our time here and we will be back. The restaurant on the corner of main was amazing. FYI.

Nice place!
Two king sized bedrooms-though one is very tight. No place to open luggage so we used the twin bedroom for luggage and dressing. Two full baths with walk-in showers. Well equipped kitchen. Love the outdoor firepit. The host was always accessible and communicated with us promptly. One suggestion: the stone steps to get to the porch are Breaking up and are steep. A hand rail for balance would be very helpful for your older guests. We had two almost falls. Also the dishwasher didn’t work. We never found a box of Kleenex, which would have been helpful.

Perfect for Couples Trip
Love the firepit in the back yard. House had everything we needed. The owners made everything so easy from booking and sending helpful information. I’m very picky about cleanliness and this charming home met my standards. The two king beds and nice bathrooms made it perfect for a couples trip.

Relaxing Friends Getaway
From the warm welcome from the host to the cozy fire pit in the backyard. We loved every single thing about this cottage. Comfortable beds, a well equipped kitchen, add sparkling clean. I highly recommend. We will plan to come back and visit again.

This is my second time to stay at this home. I have found it to be conveniently located, clean, and spacious. It has a very nice layout and a great backyard. We did not use the grill but relaxing back there was really nice in the chairs. The hosts made sure everything was in place to make our stay as nice as possible.

Delightful Stay near downtown
The property was easy to find, very clean, comfortable with three bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the sunroom. We were very comfortable. Sat outside around the firepit (even without fire it is very nice) upon our arrival. A lovely comfortable home.
