Great long weekend
There were 9 ladies in the house for a 40th birthday celebration. It is a beautiful, clean, historic property. Highly recommend the great location right off Main Street.

Excellent Location & Stay
We booked this vrbo for a bachelorette weekend. It was the perfect place. Fantastic location, beautiful property, and just the perfect way to spend a girls weekend. Easy to walk to everything! The owners were awesome at communication and the amenities were top notch. I’d highly recommend.

Gorgeous facility with great location
We have 5 couples so the five rooms with each having a bathroom was perfect. The kitchen was large and well equipped. The location was perfect. Would definitely recommend and stay here again with a large group.

Great Place for Your Girls' Trip!
The main house and the Sunday House are a wonderful collaboration of old architecture mixed with the new. There are so many wonderful places to sit and eat in and around the house (to chat, drink wine, etc.), that we never met up at the same place. An added bonus is there was a private bathroom for each of us. Although it was necessary to Uber to the wineries, downtown Fredericksburg was right up the street so we were able to walk around and browse shops during the day and walk to restaurants for our dinner at night. For future visits in Fredericksburg, I will only stay at the Lincoln Street Inn. LOVED IT!!!

Beautiful Property in Great Location
We rented this property to celebrate a family birthday and had a great time. There were five couples plus two extra adults so we made use of every room and bed. The bedrooms are all spacious and well furnished but we spent most of our time in the kitchen around the huge island. Location is great, just a block off Main Street and walking distance to many bars and restaurants. There's live music at a place next door and another across the street but it ended by 10 and didn't disturb us. My only complaint/suggestion is to include pictures of the additional beds - one sofabed and one daybed. The daybed is pretty small and really only works for a child or very small adult. Great stay overall and highly recommended for groups!

Beautiful Home
We really enjoyed our stay at this home. The house was beautiful and within walking distance of Main Street. We did not have to use our vehicles the entire weekend. The home was clean and accommodated our group of 10 very nicely. We loved the historical feeling of the home. Would highly recommend.

Amazing Gem
We really enjoyed this unique space. The old time charm was something everyone talked about the entire time we were there. Super close to town and the night life, yet cozy and perfect for just staying home. Loved it!

We had the most wonderful time this weekend at The Lincoln Street Inn. The accommodations were beautifully unique with a farmhouse vibe. Everything was perfect! Prime location to walk to dinner, shopping, and wine tasting rooms. We will be back!!

Perfect for family gathering, great central location !
You’re property and house are a treasure ! Thank you for your hospitality and sharing it with us. We enjoyed every bit of our wedding weekend and are most thankful for this adventure and being able to have the perfect location and accommodations within your Inn ! Every detail and decor are the perfect amenity to the beautiful and clean grounds. The location was amazing .. one block to Main Street with two bars close by. Great to put the kiddos to sleep (with an older cousin of course) and walk for a quick adult time. Saw where reviews say the atmosphere was loud , but we did not find that at all .. great insulation and sound blocking from our opinion. Easy walk to Java Cafe for coffee or any shops to do a stroll for shopping. We even walked to Hondos for dinner ! The Sunday House is a dream, pictures do not do capture just how great the design and elegant feel is .. we were all captivated by the every touch placed into its design and coziness. Great kitchen space that made cooking and mingling easy, the yard was plenty spacious for family games and lounging with just enough shade to help block the Texas heat (and thanks for the handy OFF!), showers and baths were immaculately clean and great to have one for every room, the porch was the perfect spot to drink coffee or sip a glass of wine and the beds and pillows were phenomenal for a good nights rest.. THANK YOU for sharing this gem with us !

Good location and nice house!
Overall this was a good find as the house was well stocked, spacious and furnished nicely. Not knowing the area that it was in can be a bit of a negative as it’s located between two bars ( one right next door and one across the street) that play live music all day and up until 11 pm every single night. On the plus side…it is so close to walk to everything! The bars played Great music, but we had a one year old that needed to go to sleep at 8 pm and parents that had to listen to music/bar noise til 11 pm. Beautiful trees and green space to relax in with outdoor seating areas. The guest house is a nice feature for splitting up a large group. The beds and linens were comfy, each bedroom has a bathroom , the front porches are great and the kitchen was well stocked and had plenty of appliances. We used the bbq grill but it was just too warm outside to use the hot tub. Unfortunately 98* in May is just not conducive to hot tubbing. Would definitely recommend this place to my friends.
