“We stayed here for the weekend while visiting our son at CU and attending a football game. The location was within short driving distance of most things (Pearl Street, CU famous, Stadium) and the apartment is beautifully decorated. The space itself is large and accommodated 3 of us comfortably. Jess was very easy to communicate with, we had no issues at all. The neighborhood is quiet with lots of trails and parks. ”

“Nice, quiet, safe neighborhood. House was great. Exactly as advertised. ”

“Lovely guest house in a quiet neighborhood that is an easy walk to markets or Pearl Street. House was very clean with a well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, lovely front porch and plenty of street parking. Would definitely stay again!”

“I rarely write reviews but this place was above and beyond the average. Starting with the setting, on a babbling creek in the middle of the mountains in a small town that brings you back in time a little in a great way! The host was very communicative and quick to respond. The suite had everything you need to prepare meals(several extras as far as spices and whatnot) and the dining table looks out the window to the creek. All electronics had explanations with them(so no hassle figuring out how...

“This was a great spot -- very clean and well-appointed. Easy walk to great restuarants. Close to both Denver and Boulder. Nice owner. Only issue is that internet would be fine and then drop out unexpectedly about 10% of the time. The owner said they have fiber optic connection, so no idea what the issue was, but happened multiple times on Zoom meetings. Would definitely stay again if not working.”

“This was a perfect house for my husband, myself and our 3 adult kids. My daughter is a student in Boulder and it was very convenient to see her as well as visit Denver and the surrounding area. The neighborhood was very quiet with no traffic noise. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. There was plenty of space for everyone to be together or have some alone time. Very near grocery shopping. Easy drive to the airport. Would be great for families with younger kids too. ”

“Rather than battle the downtown Denver hotels, I decided to find a home in Arvada for my business trip. I paid the same amount but got all the luxuries of home. Plus, my better half and our pup could join me. The home was lovely, clean, and just as described. The communications were great and the response time when there was an issue was blazing fast. The hot tub was a great treat after a long day of meetings. We will be back. ”
