What was unique was there were no mosquitoes or other outdoor insects to prevent you from enjoying the porch in the evening and at night. What we enjoyed was the cleanliness and the nice linens. We will definitely return in the future!!

Very much enjoyed our stay here. The bed was extremely comfortable and the entire cabin was very clean. We loved sitting on the screened porch during the evening with the dogs. Will definitely stay again!

We stayed overnight after a concert at Smoky Mtn Performing Arts Center. Everything was very clean and just as listed. The area/neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful.

Very nice place, very comfortable, nice interior with a lot of detail. Kitchen well stocked with appliances that are very clean, the only thing missing was a toaster. I would recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Quiet campground type location
Needed a quiet place to stay and have the grandkids visit overnight. We loved the screened in porch and table and chairs for breakfasts and game playing. Nice and cool in the summer heat also. Cute small playground for the kids. John was very nice and accommodating to visit with.

The place was as described. John and Ashli were very nice. Cabin 7 has a wonderful view. The only thing I missed was a toaster. We are definitely going back.

Cutest cabin. Love the screened in porch. Weather was much cooler than expected so was not able to use the screened porch, but wonderful cabin. Love the loft area for little ones. Great water pressure for showering.

Relaxing and quiet
It was rustic and reasonably priced. It was what we thought it would be, clean, quiet and relaxing. We'll stay there again next time we're in the area. The natural beauty is what we came for.

Quiet Mountain Cabin
The property was small but perfectly sized. Everything was clean and tidy. The screened in porch was a great place to drink coffee in the morning and eat dinner in the evening. Everything you could ever want was only a few minutes from the cabin while still being off the beaten path. Well worth the trip!

Amazing Stay
Me and my boyfriend have stayed here twice now and we absolutely love it! The hosts are always quick to respond and super helpful with anything you may need. The cabins are the perfect size and very clean. We love the location. Super close to Clayton and Franklin. We like to stay here and drive to highlands and hike. We are already looking forward to coming back! Thank you to the host for a perfect stay!

Short but sweet
I was traveling, so only used this wonderful little cabin to rest for the night. But it was very clean, neat and cozy. Is located in some beautiful country, just didn’t have time to explore. I am planning on returning in the Spring and added some time to my travel, so that I can explore this area.
