Our driving distance to the wedding venue (KauriBay Boomrock Clevedon) was free of motorway traffic-troubles. Hotwater had to be turned on at external water tank. No shoes allowed to be worn inside helps keeps flooring cleaner. Floor tiles highly polished. One issue was, the property appeared to Not have been recently vacuumed (dead flies around). “We had an amazing four night stay at this stunning and very spacious apartment which is just metres away from the beach. The host was very friendly and obliging and the apartment was spotless and had every amenity we needed. Great communication from host and I would highly recommend if you wanting a peaceful getaway by the sea.”

“Gorgeous spot out in the beach area of town , mostly clean outside of where the cleaners can’t reach. As per other reviews on this spot the check in information wasn’t sent until I asked for it. But when asked was provided and was very clear . On book a Bach it has listed that each room has two queen beds to find out it was only one, so naturally we had an extra person come that had to take the couch. And for it to say a family villa , but really be 1/3 of a villa with attached neighbours...

“Overall the property was fantastic. Everything was clean, everything worked in the home. The only A/C unit is on the ground floor. All of the bedrooms are upstairs. When we arrived all of the curtains were open and no windows were open. The upstairs was over 27*C. It took several hours with windows open to cool the property. If you're not staying in the middle of summer, or if heat doesn't bother you this wouldn't be an issue for you. I would stay here again.”
