“Charming old home in a great central location, quiet neighborhood. Chic decor, comfy beds, clean, well-stocked with everything we needed. The back yard is absolutely divine and we loved relaxing in the salt water pool.”

“Double Shot on Main is a good location when visiting the Bourbon Trail. The house is clean and in a quiet area of town. There were four adults in our group and we had plenty of space not to be crowded. The outdoor area was nice while the weather was cool enough to enjoy it.”

“The code was showing on the wall next to the door which made us feel less than safe. I tried to contact the owner and he never responded. The sofa smelt like someone peed in it. The bedroom close to the kitchen had a mold smell. But the most worrying issue was the shower that was in the bathtub was on a platform with no rail to hold on to in order to get out safely. Otherwise we enjoyed the house.”

“This historic home is in the best neighborhood in Lexington, right in the middle of other historic homes and walking distance to many great restaurants. It is nicely appointed, very clean, and very comfortable. The listing photos depict it very well. My family and I would stay here again.”

“Our accommodations were wonderful. The house is much larger than it appears from the street. The finished basement gave a safe space for the children to play. The house was located close to anywhere we needed to go. The only thing is that the washer and dryer are not convenient to use due to placement but there are two of each in the house. The kitchen was fully stocked and the host supplied plenty of linens and items needed (toilet paper, trash bags, etc). We would definitely stay here again.”

“We loved our stay! Everything was clean and stocked very well. There was plenty of extra linens and decor was beautiful. We would have like to have more living room seating, since the benches were not very comfortable. Inside the property was very handicapped accessible, and we managed with the three inch step onto the porch. The area was a little sketchy, but not terrible. We were able to sit on the porch area and feel safe. Close to downtown and freeway access.”

The house is comfortable and well stocked. The host was very responsive and answered our questions quickly. I would highly recommend it.”
