“The hotel is ok, but it has a system to open the doors through an app that is very annoying. At some point it stopped working and we stayed outside our room for like 20 minutes until the handyman came and helped us. ”

“Es war alles gut, Einchecken hat per Handy einwandfrei geklappt, auch spät Nachts kein Problem. Das Zimmer war schön eingerichtet, besonders gut haben uns die Regendusche und die praktische kleine Küchenzeile gefallen. Das einzige Manko war die viel zu hoch eingestellte Heizung, es war viel zu warm im Zimmer und mit dem Thermostat nicht herunter regelbar. Ansonsten alles top, jederzeit wieder!”

“Clubs nearby are load on Friday and Saturday nights; The check-in was not easy. The mobile check in didn’t work and the bott on WhatsApp just kept giving a different address to go to. But when I asked where to go it told me to look it up on google. Not customer service oriented for check in ”

“Loved the comfortable beds, cozy, clean, quiet and black out shutters. Situated in a super cute town. Parking was easy. I did wish the washer was also a dryer, but we had to hang dry clothes, which was okay. There's also not an oven, so plan for that if you're cooking there. Freezer is tiny. Beds are big, more like a King size. Communication through WhatsApp was excellent and quick to respond. Overall, we loved it and will stay with StayBright again. ”
