Our stay started with family all arriving at various times on Thursday to celebrate my daughter's graduation from TCU. Once everyone arrived, we started to get dinner ready. We tried to use the BBQ. It was filthy and wasn't working. Went inside to try and use the stove to cook, wouldn't light. Turns out there was NO PROPANE. Which meant no way to cook dinner and no hot water for the night. I contacted the property manager who let me know they had been out the previous day to get the property ready. Pool was dirty(Someone did come the day after we arrived to clean the pool but this should have been checked before we arrived) along with the bbq and obviously the propane was not checked. When I contacted the property manager she assured us she was trying to get someone to come out and fill the propane that evening. We had no way to cook dinner or breakfast the following morning. In addition to no propane, the upstairs air conditioner was not working. Most of our guests were in the upstairs bedrooms and it was 80 plus degrees up there. At about 9:45 the following morning the propane man showed up. Later that afternoon the air conditioning was supposedly fixed. The property manager stated that dirty sensors were what caused the system override. The air was not fixed and we were left with a stuffy 80 degree upstairs that never cooled off the whole time we were there, 4 nights.
We were eventually issued a credit of 1100.00.which didn't even cover one nights stay.
