GREAT STAY!
This place is really close to the Fort Worth Stockyards. The host had excellent communication when we had a question prior to our arrival-she got back to us within seconds! The place was clean and had everything we needed during our stay!

Worst VRBO Experience to Date
Arrived to property and found the location was in an area that didn’t feel safe. The property was not maintained and the inside was filthy. Bedding had dirt and grime on it. The bathroom was dirty and so was the kitchen. After a few hours of arriving my wife and I made the decision to vacate the premises and check into a hotel. The property was not close to what the listing described or showed. I will not be using this location again and would recommend for the owners to perhaps remove it from the VRBO listing platform.

We pull up to the alley and saw the parking area and we never got out of the truck! Our truck could not fit in the parking area. we never even walk into the house.

The property itself was great. It is in an old part of town. When we pulled into the alley (after dark) initially, there was a pickup with men sitting in chairs and a dumpster blocking the entrance. We did go around and could get in fine. We were able to park in the carport in the yard and close the gates and felt comfortable. The walkway to the front road was great to catch an Uber. The house itself was charming and comfortable, very clean and cute. The location was very convenient to the stockyards, but I would not feel comfortable walking in the neighborhood. We had no issues other than initially. There were roosters crowing in the morning from the neighbor's house, but we're from a rural area and were not bothered. I thought the place was a good deal and liked it

Def not the safest + ROOSTERS
House was cute and had what we needed. Beds are VERY low to the ground but comfortable enough. Bathroom is tiny with a rug that gets caught on everything. Shower wasn’t clean and towels smelled moldy. Back bedroom stays bright all night long due to other people’s backyard lighting. THERE ARE ROOSTERS. if you like to sleep in, this is not the place for you. Someone attempted breaking into our cars early Sunday am so make sure you lock everything. Shady people block the alley with their truck between the fence and dumpster. Entrance/exit on alleyway on opposite side of the big building will mess up smaller vehicles so be careful. We wanted something close to Billy Bobs, which it was, but wouldn’t say it was worth the price or the trouble.

It’s a cute place. Only thing was location. It’s quiet but opening the gate to get in and out and backing up was a tight fit. Our telluride barely fit between the carport. However the place was quiet and very clean and comfy! Downside is no WiFi. I would still stay here again with my smaller car.

Joke, Super Sketchy, Not as Advertised
Absolute Joke, this "home" is a secondary shack behind the main house which looks condemned and is obviously uninhabitable. The rental was only accessible through a sketchy alley way that was overgrown with very tall grass and weeds (almost unrecognizable as an alley), seemingly unsafe, given the fact that the home was in what looked like a very high crime area, most of the surrounding homes were in severe disrepair with bars on the windows. Everything inside was flea mall retro, kind of dingy, (lipstick on a pig) The place was perfect if you want to experience life in the hood, gain some street cred, get a face tattoo, experience a mugging, potentially witness drug trafficking, carjacking, and or prostitution. I DID NOT stay there, I lost hours of my vacation dealing with this, I had to book a hotel, I spent more on the hotel than I did on the vrbo, I had to stay at a lesser hotel due to the late booking. On a good note, the host was nice and responsive, she answered my phone calls, and she did refund 1/2 of my Money without hesitation. So there’s that.

Beds were on floor hard to get out of tv in bedroom works on the wifi was not working very well. We had 4 people only 2 towels asked for more never received them. Neighberhood was not the best. But location was good near everything we wanted to do. Price was low I know why

Lovely stay in the heart of Fort Worth
We used this rental for a quick, Fort Worth get away. The location is minutes from everything. The property was very clean with super comfy beds, everything you'd want for an overnight stay. Location is very quiet too.
