Needs Inspection for Repairs
The condo is cute, but a lot of things need repairs. Doors are rusted, paint chipped, and the master ceiling fan actually fell from the ceiling and onto us the first night. The light fixtures in the bunk beds seem to be loose as well. We won’t be back to this location. :/

Nice for the price
I really enjoyed the location, we were like 200 ft from the beach. Upon arrival you could tell it was not deep cleaned. There were dirty footprints anywhere someone could have their feet (walls, coffee table, bar stool area). The mattress in the bedroom needs replaced. I saw where they used a mattress topper to correct the problem but it just needs a new mattress. It’s like there is a hole you fall down into and you sleep ‘V’ shaped all night. The dishwasher was the biggest thing for me. Its gross. Full of mold & just nasty.

The view
The view was fantastic. The location was great. The master bedroom bed needs a new mattress not good on that. That sleeper sofa mattress needs to be replaced. The light in the laundry room needs to be replaced. The dryer is a hazard, the vent is not good. I had to vacuum out a lot of vent and sand. There is a major issue there, but other than that it is a pretty condo.

Perfect location
We absolutely loved the location and the ease of getting to the beach. To walk out of the bedroom and into the kitchen to see that view was the best! The elevator and stairs were so close to the room that it made getting to the beach even easier. Will definitely stay here again!

Pretty Wonderful with some Good and Minor Bads
Everything was clean. There was a beeping sound we couldn't figure out, but it turned out just to be the Dishwasher. The bedroom is a bit on the smaller side and stayed somewhat warm throughout the night. But there was a box fan in the closet that helped. The bed is a Queen, but the sheets were a King and didn't stay in place. Other than being small, the mattress was comfortable - very soft though (I liked it, my husband prefers sleeping on firm beds). We couldn't figure out how to get the sound on the living room TV to work when using the Cable, but made do with Netflix. Being on the 2nd floor, the unit overlooks the pool and walkway to the beach...Directly. So don't walk around in the buff, if that is your style, lol. Thats enough about the unit itself. The location of the unit was nice for me (pregnant). Did not have to walk far to get to an elevator or the beach/pool entrance. You do have to deal with more noise being near the elevator and pool area, but it did not bother us too much. We loved that beach chairs were included in the stay but watch out for ones with tags (those are paid for and rented separately - considered 'reserved'). I wouldn't say that anything negative really influenced our enjoyment of the property. It was just minor things that we got used to and moved on. :)

Property was absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed our stay. Would consider again if it was not a VACASA rental unit. They are impossible to deal with! The stove only had one eye that worked the entirety of the stay. The master bedroom mattress is horrible. The couch was more comfortable?!? Why should that be satisfactory?

It was overall a good stay! But it took several days for the maintenance people to come and get rid of the wasp nest on the balcony. And the dryer didn't work, even after they replaced the filter inside the dryer unit. But it was a clean and pleasant condo!

Enjoyed the property. Pool was very nice and clean. Short walk to beach. Beautiful, clean beach. Overall condo was nice - needs new couch - uncomfortable and stained. Would help to have thicker updated mattress on the bunk.

Second time staying here!
We really enjoyed our stay here. This is our second year. The updated patio furniture was great! Although, the couch desperately needs to be cleaned or replaced. The view from the balcony was amazing. Definitely would stay again.

Christmas Break
We absolutely love this building! We have stayed in this particular bldg before and love the location, beach, pool, etc.! The only two things that I have to say something about is……(1) it is advertised as having a KING bed and that’s one of the reasons I booked it - it DOES NOT have a king it is only a queen! They need to put that on the listing! (2) the furniture is absolutely horrid! It was so worn out that when you sat on the couch it dropped your behind down and the wood on the front of the couch hurt the backs of my legs!! Also, the cushions were coming apart! I sat on pillows to try and be comfortable! We were there for two weeks and it was terrible to spend the day on the beach, etc then come home and we couldn’t even be comfortable on the furniture, the little chair was just as bad! They definitely need to invest in some decent furniture in the living room. It has seen better days! Otherwise, everything else was great, kitchen had everything we needed, place was clean! I would stay here again ONLY if they had new furnishings! We were sooooo uncomfortable we couldn’t even relax to watch a little t.v.!

Beautiful ocean view
The property itself was very well maintained. Staff was super friendly. The queen size bed was hard as rock to sleep on. We even had to buy a mattress egg carton padding to help make it a little better. The couch has seen better days and was uncomfortable to sit on for any length of time. The condo itself could use a paint job. Bring your own salt a pepper if you plan on eating at the condo. Crockpot doesn’t work. Other than those things we had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful beach, room was good, directly over the ramp to the beach. Had minor issues that the property manager handled promptly. Check in and out were easy.
