Este espacioso y tranquilo frente a la bahía de dos dormitorios está ubicado en Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort en el aventurero pueblo de Baytowne Wharf. Bahía está idealmente ubicada en Choctawhatchee Bay y al otro lado del Grand Lawn, por lo que es conveniente para los asistentes a la conferencia y las familias que desean disfrutar de la tranquilidad de una vista frente al mar y un corto paseo para comer, divertirse y comprar.

This is our 5th year here!
We love this property! It is so close to everything that the hustle and bustle of Baytowne has to offer but when you are in that condo…. The view of the bay is amazing, quiet, and serene!!!

Spring Break Family Getaway
The property and location were great. We knew it might be a bit cool in early April for swimming depending on the weather, so we really liked being within walking distance to Baytown Warf. The pool is super convenient and we did utilize, especially the hot tub. We enjoyed pur stay.

Excellent rental!!
Great property with everything you can possibly need! Absolutely no issues and was perfectly put together for our family. It was one of the easiest processes with a VRBO rental and was sad to leave. Let me start by saying the property was beautiful! There was plenty to do at the resort as well as an array of restaurants and shops nearby. The kitchen had all the necessities to cook a full meal. The beds were comfortable after a long day in the sun. My family and I would definitely stay again!

Spring Break 2023
Beautiful property and the property manager responded quickly when I had a question. I've stayed in several condo's before but by far this condo had the most comfortable bed. The only thing I would add to the condo is a shower caddy to hold your bodywash /soap. My soap kept falling out of the soap dish in the shower and I didn't have a place for the bodywash. The view was BEA-U-Tiful and peaceful which I loved. Every window gave you a view of the water. My son wasn't ready to go and neither did I. I will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our stay here! It was perfect for our small family getaway. Close to everything and appreciated the tram access to the beach and how close it was to the main pool. The view from our balcony was top notch during sunsets! Beds were very comfortable!

The condo was really nice. Fully stocked with the essentials and located in Baytowne Wharf few minute walk once you leave the pool area. Location nice ans peaceful. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony enjoying the bay front view.

Loved it!
My husband, 16 year old son, and I really enjoyed our stay there. My son is tall and he loved the larger size bunk beds! You could easily fit 2 small children in each of the bunks. The condo itself was squeaky clean and came with everything we needed for our stay and then some! We had one minor issue with the tv remote for which we reached out to the property manager. We received a prompt call back with instructions on how to resolve the issue. It was simple! Something always comes up during a vacation and it's nice to know that you can reach someone and get resolution. The pools and hot tubs are wonderful for all ages! And, the quick stroll to the marina and Baytowne make this an ideal location. We drove to the beach instead of taking the tram but that process was easy, too. We'll definitely be back!

Great place for a family vacation!
We loved this property and how close it is to Baytown Wharf! The view of the bay is wonderful! The communication was wonderful when we had any concerns or questions. They brought me a new coffee pot, coffee and a Starbucks gift card when our pot was broken. How awesome! The rooms are spacious and the porch is comfy. The only thing is there is no smart TV or DVD player in any of the rooms. We love to relax at the beach with a movie night and it would be helpful to have more of these options. The parking garage is a bit daunting and confusing, but overall great stay!!

Wonderfully clean and updated
The Condo was perfectly clean and nicely updated. The building was quiet with easy access to the pool and tram to the beach. We didn't plan to do much cooking, but a note for families who do plan to cook that you need to bring salt/pepper, cooking spray, etc. That's not a negative, just an FYI. There are plenty of pots, pans, utensils, etc. We were so comfortable and loved our stay!
