Acabamos de remodelar esta casa y resultó hermosa.

Ubicado en un vecindario privado junto a la playa cerca de la autopista 98 cerca de Sandestin Resort, Daiquiri Days I es la escapada perfecta para aquellos que buscan unas relajantes vacaciones en la playa. Nuestros huéspedes tendrán acceso completo a una hermosa playa privada a lo largo de la mundialmente famosa Costa Esmeralda, que ofrece aguas cristalinas y arena blanca como el azúcar.

Nuestra casa con vista al golfo está a solo unos pasos de la playa. (aprox. 50 pies) No hay camino para cruzar. Solo un camino de entrada. No se preocupe por los niños que cruzan el camino hacia y desde la playa. Absolutamente, no hay ruido de carretera. Solo el sonido del golfo.

Con tres dormitorios y tres baños, ¡Daiquiri Days estoy seguro de complacer! El primer piso incluye una cocina totalmente equipada y un comedor con increíbles vistas al golfo de la playa. El salón se abre a una hermosa terraza con impresionantes vistas. Beba café por la mañana temprano y bebidas por la noche mientras disfruta de las impresionantes vistas del golfo. El primer piso también cuenta con una suite de dormitorio principal con bañera de hidromasaje, ducha completa, amplio vestidor y una acogedora terraza privada al aire libre con vista a su propia piscina privada. Esta es una piscina de tamaño completo (13x23), a diferencia de muchos en el área. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama King y literas dobles / dobles también. La habitación familiar tiene un sofá cama. Como beneficio adicional, hay un rincón de oficina para que pueda ponerse al día con sus actividades comerciales. Hay WiFi en la casa.

En el segundo piso, hay dos habitaciones queen. Cada uno tiene baño privado. Ambas habitaciones tienen acceso a un balcón privado. Comience y termine sus días con espectaculares vistas del amanecer y el atardecer sobre el Golfo de México.

Great Location and Pool WORST House
This house could be so so nice.... BUT all three bathrooms are horrible!! Moldy shower door tracks, nasty floors throughout!!! Sheets and towels were awful!!!! So dingy and worn out!!! Tried calling the people over the rental and he was out of town...sent some because NONE of the TV's worked and no porch light. The friend he sent didn't know anything about electricity and he shocked himself and then half the house didn't have electricity so the next day he sent an actual Electrician and he fixed all the electrical problems but couldn't fix TVs All of the sudden TVs started working everywhere except the Main Bedroom! The washer and dryer stink so so bad maybe that's why all the bedding and towels are so bad I would NEVER recommend this house unless it is redo !!! Needs a gut job!!!! I would like my money returned but sure that won't happen!!

Misrepresented and Unsafe - Terrible Beds - We left
My family rented this house based on the pictures, but it was so grossly misrepresented that we left after one night. The property was a hazard to our small children, and that was the beginning of the disappointment. The pictures shown are of a pristine home with ocean views in two directions. In reality, the home is not pristine, and there is no view. While the description of the property boast "sip coffee and enjoy the breathtaking views" there is no view as it is obstructed by two houses in one direction and palm trees and an RV park in the other. The white chairs picture on the deck are not there to sip coffee in. The owner states there is no road to cross over so no need to worry about the kids. The 2 "driveways" in front the home have several cars and homes along them. Not safe. The decking and railing are in severe need of repair, posing a risk to young children. The lush green pool in the backyard is now surrounded by dead grass and overgrown shrubs and weeds from the adjoining property. The beautiful spa tub pictured in the master bath is rusted and has a missing attachment, leaving a hole. The soft beds are wrapped in protective plastic so thick and loud you can’t move without making noise. The child gates for the stairs were so dirty that we had to purchase our own. If we had seen pictures of the house in its current state, we would not have rented this home. The owner was slow to respond prior to, during, and after our stay.

Amazing and peaceful
Our 8 group family stayed here for 5 days and 6 nights! The price was well qorth the stay! They have everything you would need at home! Communication was amazing with the host! The pool was warm and clean! We will be coming back again!!

Short sprint to the bewxh
The house is so close to the beach, it takes just seconds to walk to a private beach. We never had to fight for a spot near the ocean. The riptide was bad one day, so we spent that day in the pool at the house. My kids loved it and used it daily. We were close to restaurants, outlet malls, and the house even had a playpen for us to use for our foster daughter which made things so convenient.They provided baby gates, all appliances worked. They’ve replaced multiple porch boards but there is upkeep involved in every house. I would recommend the house to anyone who is interested in a relaxing vacation stay.

The location is perfect.Beach is beautiful and private. Pool area was nice especially covered hang out area ( not in pictures) House was too small for the 10 of us. Rooms are nice size especially master. If your family likes to hang out before/after beach & pool day don’t expect to do it in Living room way too small to hang out for coffee and games at night. Not enough seats for everyone in the living room to sit if you have more than 5 people. Wifi terrible. The sweeper barely picked up. We couldn’t keep floors clean after tracking sand in daily. The water in sink would not turn cold and ice maker in freezer does not work. Not all lightbulbs worked in lamps. The house could use a deep cleaning. It was surface clean but felt pretty dirty. Windows were disgusting. Owners email said to contact cleaners when we arrived if there were any issues, but also stated they lived an hour away. Honestly, that should not be something I need to worry about when I arrive. Contacted property manager twice about other issues via phone and email and never heard back. All in all it was a great week at the beach and we made do with house accommodations.

Great Family Experience
This house was perfect in many ways. Close to private beach, rooms accommodated to our family and pool atmosphere was great to hang out around. Owner was quick to respond and house was clean. Only downfall was wifi wasn't working the entire time, but maintenance was quick to try and help. Thank you for letting us enjoy your beautiful home.

Fabulous location, beautiful views
The location was incredible. Easy access to the beach and a fantastic pool. The linens, towels, bedding, bathrooms, and kitchen were very clean. The floors were not. The vacuum cleaner in the house didn’t work which could be part of the problem. There were only 4 forks in the drawers. We purchased forks and a couple of pans to cook on as the provided cookware was flaking teflon and not something I wanted to use for safety reasons. There were no coffee filters, trash bags, etc so those were also purchased. The grill was out of propane and after a few emails to maintenance as instructed, an email to the property manager was answered. We were told it would be refilled but that didn’t happen during our 3 week stay. We have been spending 2 to 3 weeks in the spring at the beach for the last 35 years. This is the most we have paid for a rental by a large margin and it was not nearly up to the level it should be to command these prices. If you are looking for a place to sleep a lot of people and don’t want to cook, need to be close to the beach, don’t care about the cost, this is your place.

Location was as expected. Photos were misleading to us. They remodeled the kitchen and left the old pictures on the site, so we assumed there were 2 kitchens. Very disappointed about that! The cleanliness of the place was just ok, not great. The pool was nice.

Great Beach
The description of the newly remodeled home is not quite what we experienced once there. Lack of quality of a renovation if it occured. Location to the beach was absolutely wonderful. The pool was dirty when we arrived on Saturday and was never cleaned while we were there. I reached out to the property manager but never heard anything back about the pool. TV cable and internet was hit or miss anytime we sat to watch anything.

The property was not clean we call the owners they said it was out responsibility to call the cleaners and have them come back!! That’s not how it’s supposed to work. And they charged 350 for a heating bill in middle of July and we questioned it and they said they would refund it and it still hasn’t been!! Will never recommend or stay here again

Family Vacation
We had a wonderful week. The house is perfect proximity to the beach. It is just the right size for a group of 6 or 7 people. Rooms are cozy and nicely decorated. Maybe could use some TLC on the furniture and on the outside decking. Literally just a few steps from the white sand! ) The neighborhood is quiet and a private gated beach area. Rating of three stars is only due to the roads are not paved and rough. One day a scraper went through and smoothed some of the holes and filled in with sand.

Relaxing Week
This was our 2nd time to stay at this property. We love it’s convenience to the beach, and our kids love having the pool to come back to after a long beach day. The property manager is always quick to respond to any questions or concerns that we may have.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was as described. The pool was nice as well as the sitting area poolside. The beds were comfortable. The neighborhood cat likes pepperoni pizza. Although at end of week the weather didn’t cooperate we still had a great time. Thank you for renting to us.

Overall stay was great. But the upstairs small bedroom bathroom was not cleaned, the internet and cable was offline sporadically. No one could watch a full movie. The towel bar fell off in the big upstairs bedroom. The upside, the pool area and pool was great! The beach was a short walk and lovely as always. We had a great time, with just those few hiccups.

Good but pool didn’t work
This place is very nice w/good private location. Needs just a tad bit updates; bathroom fixtures etc but overall nice. (It is next to a camp ground/RV park.) I read reviews from weeks prior about the pool heater not working; took a chance that it would be fixed by the time we got there… bummer! Property mgr Joey was great and tried his best while keeping in contact with us. Was never able to use the pool but they did refund pool heat fee. Nice place but felt the owner should’ve offered to refund a bit more after the pool never worked for us. We choose our places to stay based on private pool, which is generally more expensive. we appreciated Joey’s efforts very much.

Amazing house and vacation!
We could not have asked for a better vacation! House was just as described. Plenty of room for everyone. Beds were very comfy, kitchen was great for cooking, had a brand new grill out back which was perfect for grilling by the pool. The pool was awesome, we paid to have it heated and was it worth it! It was the perfect temp. Best part was being steps from a private beach! Also tons of great stores and restaurants near by. Would definitely stay here again!

Could use some TLC
We loved the location, pool, and size of this property. That being said we had some things that were very bothersome. Our pool heater quit the day one and we had to contact the manager. He taught us how to fix it in case it happened again but it didn’t. The wi-fi never worked. Manager had to come and look at that as well but it never got fixed. Therefore we never had working tvs, which the kids could’ve used each evening. Our bathroom toilet was not clean and the sink faucets were corroded to the point of being hard to turn on. Last ( and worst of all) we saw 2 cockroaches!!! Disappointing
