Cocina totalmente equipada con encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y baños completos con bañeras y un jacuzzi y lavamanos de granito. Hay 3 nuevos televisores de pantalla plana, y el LR tiene un nuevo sofá cama que tiene un impresionante colchón grueso cuando se saca, lo que permite dormir cómodamente hasta 6 personas. Observe a los delfines en los cómodos y fáciles muebles de lanai, desde esta hermosa perspectiva del cuarto piso. Hay un gimnasio recientemente equipado y la piscina se calienta a 87 grados durante todo el año. Beautiful Getaway!
So beautiful! I traveled with my mom and husband for a birthday getaway. It’s my first time using Vrbo and was a bit nervous but everything was way better than expected, comfortable, and very clean. Liz was very attentive and responded promptly to any question I had. I especially loved how I did not need to worry about any “hidden fees”. My vacation started as soon as I arrived, no hassle. The view to the beach was beautiful. We were also able to see both, sunrise and sunset, from the lanai which was a good surprise. I will definitely be back, thank you Liz for everything.

Very nice condo
The condo and entire property was just as nice as the listing indicated. Liz was a wonderful host and very responsive. One suggestion would be to invest in some blackout blinds in the kid’s bedroom similar to what is in the master bedroom. There was so much light coming in at night.

Beautiful Fall Break
We really enjoyed the property and the location to fun activities. It was so nice having the beach chairs and umbrella available to us. The boys (age 9) loved the pool and the bunk beds. We like the convenience to The Track and other arcades. We will be back.

We loved our stay at Liz’s condo. The beach was great and the pool was nice! The condo was comfortable and we were able to enjoy and relax on our vacation. Definitely would return!!!!!

Very Nice!!!
Out of all the places I have stayed in this area, this place was definitely toward the top of my list. Communication with the owner was on point as she provided clear and concise instructions as well as recommendations. Liz also immediately responded to any questions or concerns about gate codes and whatnot. Check in/out was super easy. The grounds and condo are immaculate. You can tell they take pride in making sure they are beautiful, clean and trash free. The condo was super clean, furnishings are beautiful and comfortable and the view is amazing. The only recommendations I have for improvements are to assess stays according to length and provide more toilet tissue, paper towels, garbage bags, bath towels, kitchen towels (there were none), dish soap and laundry soap. Other than that, our stay was perfect. Would definitely recommend!!!

Spacious Condo - Pleasant Stay
First time to Destin and we enjoyed it! Liz's condo looked exactly like it did in the photos. Our kids enjoyed the bunk beds and we loved having two bedrooms. The in-unit washer and dryer was a huge lifesaver. Make sure to bring trash bags, kitchen towels, wash rags, etc.

Relaxing retreat
Liz's place was spectacular for our short getaway! She had everything prepared so our check-in was completely seamless. The building and facilities were great. We used the on-site gas grills multiple times and they were clean and well-maintained. The pool was a dream and the beach service was second to none! As others have noted, some accommodations are a bit dated, but everything was clean. The two large TVs were quite old and seemed to have a color distortion but they do not change my five star rating! I would stay here again.

We had a wonderful time staying in Destin! The condo is just as described and in a great location. We were close to so many good restaurants and lots of shopping. Perfect location and great view
Our family of four spent a spring break in early April at the property. Everything was exactly as pictured. The balcony had a gorgeous view and a lot of privacy. The heated pool was awesome. The private beach was clean and not overcrowded like the nearby beaches (by the high rise buildings). Liz is a great host. She makes sure her guests have everything they need to enjoy their stay. The communication was excellent. Liz took care of our registrations so the pool wristbands were available upon arrival. The two beach chairs and an umbrella were also included in the package. It was very nice to have our own reserved spot every morning. The location was great. Walking distance to the restaurant right on the beach and the go cart place across the street. Not too far from the Destin Harbor village. Out of all the places we have initially considered it was definitely the best choice within our budget. We had a great time!

Spring Break Trip
Liz was so easy to communicate with and was very organized in providing expectations and information. She even included recommendations on restaurants and things to do. Condo was as shown in pictures- beautiful view of beach and pool area. Condo was professionally cleaned as mentioned. It was perfect for my husband and I but would have been great for a family of 4.

This complex has a fantastic location with it's own beach front and near by food and entertainment. The apartment is well appointed with all the cook ware we needed. We also used the provided common grills several times. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Both were impeccably maintained while we were there. The HOA staff/security were very friendly and helpful. When we return to Destin, this will be a rental we'll look for again.

Winter getaway
Perfect location: right on the beach and clear view of the whole coast from the balcony. Super easy to check in, excellent communication from host. Pool and hot tub were clean (we saw the pool boy scrubbing and maintaining it every morning!). Pool was warm despite the chilly January evenings. Property has very comfortable beds and linens and a well stocked kitchen for whatever you want to cook. Lounge area has plenty of seating. Bathrooms are dated but perfectly functional. We had a great stay.
