Very comfortable, spacious & peaceful home!
Very spacious and comfortable house! We enjoyed the home very much. We did not get to use the pool. I don’t think the pool service cleaning had been there in a while or did not do their job well. The pool itself was very nice, however I don’t think it had been skimmed in a long time. We tried to skim it but it was a loosing battle. Otherwise it’s a great home!! We really enjoyed the lanai especially at night & in the morning! Tons of ducks & birds, very peaceful and pretty!! Would absolutely stay again!

The home was the prefect size, the pool was amazing, the yard provided many opportunities to see wildlife... a few small glitches which were taken care of immediately by the property owners & management. Very nice property

Paradise
While the this property is gorgeous and we had a blast on our trip. The floors were not clean (there were footprints on the tiles) , the fire alarm was needing a battery (beeping as soon as we walked in and the entire trip) , the master bath shower was ice cold it literally it had no hot water. I wrote 2 emails regarding these issues and received only one email back about whay kind of battery was needed for the alarm. Also there was an option to upgrade and heat the pool. There was also no response about that in the email.

We really enjoyed the house - it was just as described online. We were in town for spring break and the home had everything we needed. The pool and patio area were really wonderful and enjoyed by the whole family. The house was very clean and stocked with all of the essentials. We have already recommended this home to our friends for future stays.

Spacious house for my family of four
The property was wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay. We were in town for baseball at Terry Park. The fields were a quick 15-20 minute drive. We spent our evenings relaxing in the pool and watching movies on the TV on the lanai. The lanai area is very comfortable and easy to hang out in. The neighborhood is quiet and the canal in the back was great for watching some birds in the morning. The location worked well for us. We didn’t mind the drive down to Sanibel and Ft Myers Beach. It was an easy drive to the Six Mile Cypress Slough for a hike. And a quick drive to check out the Edison and Ford Winter Estate, with a dinner downtown at Ford’s Garage. There’s a Publix very close for groceries, etc. Great trip and a great property. The property manager was attentive and responsive. I was a little concerned when I was transferred to Evolve for the stay. But it was seamless.

This is a great property, the home was very clean and had lots of room. The patio/pool area was great, lots of places to sit and eat in the sun and also a covered area. We cooked all meals at the home and there was plenty of kitchen appliances and cookware. I loved the tea selection in the hall closet. We had a slight issue on Saturday morning and the management company handled it quickly, communication with them was excellent. 2 suggestions that I would say would be get a cutting board(we looked high and low and could not find one) and put a mat in the kitchen and in the master bath outside of the shower. I can not comment on the area, once we arrived we went grocery shopping and did not leave until it was time to check out. Highly recommend this property.

Very nice home
The house was great! Had more amenities than I expected. We used the washer and dryer more than I thought we would. The pool was great and there was plenty of seating by the pool. Could have used a pizza pan and a cutting board in the kitchen.

Second time around
This was our second year in a row staying at this property. The house wasn’t nearly as clean as we found it last year. The pool was great but the pool deck was dirty. It needed a good power washing. The previous renters left the barbecue pit dirty and pool floats laying around the pool it would really help if the 38 wall switches were labeled as to what they controlled. The best part about the house was watching the birds, ducks and turtles every morning and afternoon.

Great place
This home is beautiful. The street is a main road neighborhood but don't let that deter you from staying here. The back yard/pool area is very private with a saltwater canal and wildlife visitors too. The interior of the home was very clean but the outside dining area needed some attention. There were crumbs all over and a few wrappers left behind from the previous renters. The home is spacious 2 large livingroom areas, average size bedrooms and bathrooms. There are quite a few items and supplies stocked up in this house. Washer and dryer were great and pods for the washer were supplied. Publix grocery is about a mile away along with other shopping and restaurants. I would definitely rent here again.

Great Place with some Room For Improvement
This is a nice spacious property in a good neighbourhood. There was adequate space for our family with each child in their own bedroom. A well stocked kitchen & beach supplies were definitely a plus. The pool/lanai area was the star of the show & allowed us to enjoy some downtime with a view of the birds/wildlife. Some room for improvement would include getting covers for electrical sockets in the master bedroom as they were just dangling in there. All bedroom windows & pool sliding doors could also benefit from blinds for privacy, as we had to use sheets as make-shift curtains in the master bedroom (the hurricane shutters didn't work either). It would also be a good idea to upgrade the 1 ply toilet paper & provide supplies (dishwasher pods, garbage bags etc) according to the duration of the stay instead of 3 day complimentary supply, especially considering the daily rental rate. With reference to decor/linens etc, a clean cohesive colour scheme should be considered in order to achieve a more high end look. All in all a great property, which needs a little more love & attention to reach full potential.

Great house, wonderful pool
This was a great house for us. It was extremely clean and provided a lot of extras. The location is close to grocery stores and just about anything else you would need. The pool was clean and temperature great. We liked it so much, we’ve already booked for next year. The only negative about the house is that it doesn’t have a garbage disposal. I would highly recommend renting this property.

Excellent house and location.
This was the first time renting with VRBO so I had so many worries. This house was PERFECT in so many ways. With three adults and two kids there was space for everyone. The house was clean and had everything you would ever need and more. The pool was amazing and the best part for me was all the willife each morning getting coffee to watch them while the kids slept in. This would be a place I will rent again !!

Very nice home and pool
Overall, we loved our stay. The house is clean, neat, and colorfully decorated. The kitchen is well stocked, and the bathrooms have many useful amenities that are needed on trips. There are plenty of good quality beach towels, bath towels, and linens. Giving a ratIng of 4 for the following reasons: pool was inoperable first 3 days. After some maintenance, the pool was perfect. Both bathrooms need grab bars going into showers for safety, for older renters. There are no towel racks to hang towels in the master bathroom nor was there a caddy to place shampoos, soap etc in the shower. (We went to store and bought one) The shower and toilet are situated very close to each other in a tiny room off the master bathroom. The tv outside on the lanai is not hooked up to use, despite being shown in one of the pictures. The property manager was attentive to our concerns and always returned our calls. We enjoyed our visit and loved spending time on the lanai. Lastly, there is a waterway behind the home, with numerous beautiful birds, including Herons, Egrets, Ibis, and Ducks. A delightful sight each day!

Nice and quiet location
If you’re looking for a nice, quiet place to stay, this would fit the bill. This home was well equipped with plenty of kitchen housewares compared to other homes that we have stayed at in the past. Is also in a nice, quiet neighborhood.
