The photos are beautiful, but there are issues.
The entry code did not work. The customer service rep insisted on reading her script instead of getting us in out of the rain. The "clean" towels smelled musty. There were no instructions on using the TV. In the kitchen, there was no toaster and a toaster oven was not working properly. The property is on a busy street at the windows did not dampen the noise. There were no drapes on the windows, so sunshine streamed in prior to us wanting to be awakened. The bathroom with the two beds had a very, very slow drain. The kitchen was nicely appointed and supplied. The icemaker made copious amounts of ice, which was appreciated.

Too hot for Summer Stay
We had initial issues with check in as the lock box did not appear to be properly coded. Dealing with the 800 number did not work well as they initially kept insisting I was there on the wrong dates. But when connected with local help we were able to get in. Its just that it was 98+ degrees standing there with luggage waiting for the right code. Inside, it is a great space with tons of room. For us it was also in a perfect location for our needs. There really are no amenities here--like pool, work out room, tennis, etc. but we have family in the immediate area with all of that. The air conditioning could not keep up with the extreme heat and we had to have an air-conditioning repair visit. Meanwhile it leaked, the filters were dirty, etc. After 2 days they did manage to get it to cool to 73 but that is really not great for sleeping. This might be a good choice for Fall or Winter visiting. Definitely not late July!

Close to town and attractions, but noisy and …
The air conditioning broke the first night of our stay and the temp was over 90 degrees. We figured out the overflow value and resolved the problem around 2am since we could not reach property management by phone, chat or email. The last day of the stay we heard from PM, and technician came out to fix the a/c. The location is good for access to area and restaurants, but the road is incredibly noisy in the evening. Also, the blinds do not provide much light filtering so once the night street lights come on outside on the road the interior is brighter than daylight. None of us slept well during our stay. The property was clean, had the right small appliances and kitchen tools and location was good.

A great stay-
We stayed here for more than two weeks while on vacation. We really enjoyed our stay and found the townhouse to be clean, roomy and well equipped. It was close to downtown, shopping, restaurants and local attractions. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Thanksgiving 2021
What a great space. My son and his family live in Fort Myers in a small house. The location was ideal. And the kitchen had all the tools to create a tasty Thanksgiving feast. We enjoyed a short walk to the Edison Ford estates for the Christmas lights. And the grocery store couldn’t have been anymore covenient. Would stay here again!

2 Day Fishing Trip
Property is clean with extra blankets and towels. Washer/dryer was a bonus. There were 5 of us and could have easily accommodated 2 to 3 more. Will stay here again and recommend to others who are looking for a clean and secure place.

Excellent location
We enjoyed our stay here. The property was clean, perfect for one family. Cannot beat the location. Walking distance to every thing. Only couple of things: I wish they had early checkin. It would be nice to have the control of the living room fan. Also the showers had very low water pressure.. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Ft. Myers Spring Break
This townhouse was perfect for our family of 3 (2 adults and 1 16 year old daughter). We each had our own bedroom and bathroom, which is definitely a nice feature when you have a teenager with you! The place was extremely clean and it had everything we needed. We did not cook much as we went out to dinner every night, but it looked like the kitchen was fully stocked. The walk-in closet off the master bedroom was huge and it had extra sheets and towels, luggage holders, extra hangers, beach chairs and umbrella and disposable cooler. These were all nice features that I wasn't really expecting. We did make use of the washer and dryer while we were saying there and it was nice to be able to move onto our next destination with clean clothes. The king-sized bed in the MBR was very comfortable if you like a slightly softer bed. The location was great - right behind a Publix and First Watch restaurant (which we ate at twice). You could walk to downtown Ft. Myers if you wanted, but we opted to drive since we were coming back in the dark. There is also a really good coffee shop (Bennett's Fresh Roast) two blocks away which had great coffee and doughnuts (went there 3 times - we like our coffee). It was kind of far from the beach, but we didn't mind - it kept us away from all the beach traffic. We went to Ft. Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, and Bonita Springs area (which was the farthest drive). Overall, I would highly recommend this place if you are looking to spend any time in the Ft. Myers area.

Very nice home and great location to downtown.
Townhome and furniture are very nice except for the twin beds, not made for adults. Balcony is very small and no furniture to enjoy your morning coffee. No area outside to enjoy the weather.

Kitchen was set up great, and very comfortable living area Having the Publix right next door was fantastic. Only issue was with the showers. Master bath had a shower mixer valve that only worked intermittently, so usually no hot water to that shower. (of course, it worked when the maintenance man was there). The other shower head had low pressure and spray. Also recommend blackout curtains for bedrooms. The outside street lights make it very bright all night. Overall, it was a very good spot for us to stay for a wedding at The Edison.

Nice Place
This is a nice property. I would consider staying again when in the area. We had two adults and two teenagers in our party. There was plenty of room to spread out. The property was clean and provided most of the comforts of home that we expected. The only thing missing was a laundry basket. It made it a bit harder when taking clothes out of the dryer to a place to be folded and put awa.y. We did inquire with the property manager about a hair dryer being available. We were told that there should be one. It was hard to pack with confidence not knowing for sure. You are given a 24 hour notice if an early check in or late check out is available. Neither were available which only created empty hopes but certain inconveniences. The listing is accurate. I would like to mention for those considering a stay here that the front steps are literally steps (approx. 10 yards) from the provided parking space. The parking space is on a somewhat busy street that has a certain amount of noise to deal with. Also, we were asked to not turn the thermostat of the air conditioner below 74 degrees which resulted in it being a bit uncomfortable as we are accustomed to keeping our thermostat at 70 degrees.

Thanksgiving in Ft Myers
Great location for proximity to historic downtown and The Edison and Ford properties and the space in the townhouse was comfortable and nice to hang out and cook Thanksgiving for a 92 year old relative living in the area.
