We felt very safe tucked into the owner’s back yard. It was a cute guest house. Only had one interaction with them when he walked through to make sure the area was tidy. We found everything needed was only a short drive away.

Short stay in Ft Meyers
The cottage was quite unique being located directly behind the owners residence in a neighborhood. The unit was perfect for my wife and I during our 2 night stay. It was clean and well appointed with everything you would need for your stay. The decor was beachy and appeared to be professionally done. The grounds outside the cottage was very nice with multiple sitting area’s to enjoy cocktails or coffee. The 2 rocking chairs were a nice touch and relaxing while enjoying beverages in the morning or evening. The location was less than 2 miles from the thriving First Ave downtown area where you can find many great restaurants and bars. The only suggestion I would make is to provide at least 4 more 12 oz water glasses. I don’t believe there were any and my guess is there might have been larger glasses at some point but as frequently happens, glasses get broken over time. All in all it was a very pleasant short stay in the cottage and we would return again

Cute cottage, Greta location
I stayed in this cottage with my husband and another adult relative. We were very pleased with this charming cottage. The kitchen was perfect for the kinds of simple meals we make while on vacation. The two bedrooms gave us the privacy we needed and the extra sitting space in the living room was great. Staying here was cheaper than some hotels and much more comfortable. The owner was responsive and acted quickly when we had questions, He lived next door, but we only saw him when we wanted something. He respected our privacy. The location is great for the things we enjoy most - going to the restaurants and shops downtown and going to the waterfront. Also, one member of our party used the bus system to go to baseball training camp games and the bust stop was a short walk down the block from the cottage. What’s most important to me - it was spic and span clean! We will look for this cottage the next time we are in Fort Myers!

Beautiful Guest House in Fort Myers
Could have been a 5. Minor issue after booking and paying for Mon-Fri (5 nights) were informed that Friday was unavailable. Refund was prompt and homeowner was very apologetic, but we did have to book a hotel room locally for one night. Property was very new, clean and nicely furnished. Great location, close to Downtown Fort Myers, Edison/Ford Estate, Beach and Airport. Try Christoff's on Mcgregor for lunch/dinner.

Four Day Getaway

The "home" is a quaint NEW place situated just behind owners main residence. The home is very clean, well appointed and VERY comfortable! The owner was very responsive and attentive when we needed something, and afforded us our privacy otherwise. We would definitely stay here again!

Spacious Bungalow in Backyard
Spacious newly build Bungalow. The Host is friendly and the Check-In was easy. You get a lot of space for your money. We had issues with the water (Shower, dishwasher etc). After a quick talk he tried his best to fix it. The shower was not really working afterwards but it was useable. Pro: + relatively low rate + nice area + newly build with much space + friendly host Con's - in the backyard (for private people like us, not the best solution) - one matress was rather firm and the bed was a little noisy. In summery, great place with a few small flaws.

The little house behind the house was a perfect place for us to stay. Very clean, and private. One of the beds was very hard and noisy, but that’s my only complaint. We had a great weekend visiting friends.

Even Better than the Pictures!
We loved our stay in the guest house. Very quiet residential neighborhood. Easy to access. Super duper clean. Lovely touches that made it feel like a stay with a friend rather than a short-term rental. We will definitely stay again during our next trip to Fort Myers. If other STR want to see how it's done, they should model what they're doing after Rolando's guest house.

Great Cottage
My husband and I really liked this place. It was super clean and very adorably decorated, very beachy. Rolando, the manager, is such a kind person and answered all of our questions. I would recommend this cottage to anyone who is staying in the fort myers area. Very comfortable and located in a good spot.

This rental was clean and smelled clean upon entry. Only reason I gave it a 4 was there was sugar ants constantly in the kitchen despite me keeping everything cleaned up. Bed's were comfortable and the apartment was plenty big to suite our needs. Location is closed to downtown river front. We would certainly stay again if in the area. Owner was quick to communicate, and we had no issues. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
