Very cute property, exactly as listed. The location is perfect. We didn’t realize the area is still recovering from massive hurricane damage 2 years ago, and most of the bars and small businesses are completely washed away. There’s still enough places to go, it’s just not very commercial. The beaches are incredible, with lots of shells. Overall, we couldn’t have had a better time for a family vacation. We will definitely be back.

Broken AC

My friends and I were super excited to be going on this trip as we have never been to the area before and have heard great things. We ended up getting to the house a few hours earlier than the check in. I did try contacting the host to make sure that it was okay if we were able to arrive earlier but had gotten no answer until our driver had already dropped us off and we had been greeted by the cleaning lady. I told her that we were totally fine with just leaving our stuff on the porch or under it until our check in time at 4. She insisted that we bring our stuff in and that it was okay. At this point in time I was sent a text by the host saying that she had just heard that we were inside of the home and that we were not aloud to be making it seem like we just went in without permission. While all of this was happening, the cleaning lady had told us that the AC is acting funny as it was already close to 90 degrees inside. Not thinking much of it, we ended up walking around and went to the store just to come back and find a note that the “AC is broke”. This cannot be happening! It was definitely very stressful not knowing what is happening and if we are going to be able to stay or have to find somewhere else. You would think that in Florida you would have an AC guy on speed dial lol. Since it was still only 3pm when we were finding out about this major issue, our host would not answer text or phone call until well after 4pm. We ended up staying at a hotel. Not a great first day

It was very convenient to the beach and the place was very clean. There was some things that were missing-would have loved to have some beach chairs to take to the beach and BBQ Grill. We had four people staying in the rental but only had one full bath and the half bathroom did not have a light in it. So if someone wanted to get ready in that bathroom, you couldn't. The shower in the bathroom needs some shelves for shampoo, shaver, ect and something to hold onto when you are in the shower. It is very dangerous not to have anything to hold onto. The person cleaning the rentals is very nice and very helpful.

Good weekend getaway

Property is as described. Very cute inside and also clean. The pool is depicted slightly bigger in the photos than in real life. Honestly, a great location with accessibility to the beach and other local restaurants. The only complaint is that the walls are super thin in which we could hear the people below us and vise versa leading to a noise complaint when walking around the unit. Overall, great place however. Air conditioning works great as well.

Great location close to everything

Great property in a quiet neighborhood close to the beach and nightlife. Unit is clean and comfy. Beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Great place near the beach

This property was super clean and comfortable to stay in! It’s located really close to the beach, within a quick walking distance. My daughter and I loved being close to everything and were comfortable in the unit. Gisele was easy to get ahold of, and met our needs! Highly recommend !
