We enjoyed our stay very much! The beach, ocean and weather were incredible and the amenities worked so well for our needs. It was so good to be back in the Fort Meyer’s Beach area once again, so beautiful!

Family birthday destination.
Very clean and well appointed. A toaster was replaced the next day when we informed the property manager of the broken toaster. All communications were courteous and friendly. The appliances are older, but in working order. All in all we had a very comfortable stay. Thank you.

Absolutely perfect condo and location!
I took a ‘ Me vacation’ over the Thanksgiving weekend. This condo was perfect. With a full size kitchen the screened in porch….. I never wanted to leave. We’ll definitely stay here again in the future.

Nice condo but needs a little love
The unit is nice but many of the furnishings are dated and worn. The king size bed is lumpy and sags a lot on the side nearest the bathroom. The shower handle in the master bathroom comes off easily and we noticed that this was previously mentioned in another review and clearly not fixed. I sent an email to bring it to the attention on the management in case they missed it. Not being able to set the A/C below 74 is miserable. There was some blood splatter on the wall near the outlet in the master bedroom. There is a serious lack of decent pots and pans and knives for preparing food.

Good vacation!
The condo was easy to find. It’s clear there are still repairs and rebuilding happening in the complex and surrounding areas. You can tell the furniture and some interior items were older/warn, especially the appliances. Low quality linens and bedding. The handle on the master shower fell off when used, guest bathroom sink didn’t drain. Garbage disposal seems like something was stuck in it by previous tenant. Appreciated the soap, laundry soap etc. we also had busted beach umbrella and chairs. We texted the management company and they brought us new ones the next day, which was great. We also got a late check out for no charge which made for a great last day. Appreciated Netflix on the tv, gorgeous views, great pool, friendly neighbors, amazing quiet beach (although the pink shell plays very loud music). Overall, pretty great vacation for off season and glad the area is healing well!

Accurate listing
Property was accurate to pictures & description. Area reconstruction still happening, but plenty of open restaurants & shops. Property was quiet, with few people on the beach. Good supply of beach equipment. Minor issue with cleanliness. A bit underwhelmed for the price paid.

Nice beach, but Beach Villa on Estero was disappointing
We were surprised to find out that Fort Myers was hit by a devastating hurricane a short 18 months ago. We saw it on the news but it had slipped from memory. That being said there was no mention of it on the listing anywhere. When we arrived were disappointed but decided to make the best of it. Beach Villas did not contact us to ask us if we needed anything or simply to check in. We did receive an automated survey asking us for a 5 star rating. On their best day this would be a 3 star resort. There was constant beach reconstruction the entire week. There was also constant noisy maintenance work all week, understandable given the amount of work needed. The construction workers broke a main waterline causing the water to be turned off for the day. The owners never contacted us about it and we contacted them about it Jason said we would receive a one day credit. That was 3 weeks ago, and we still have not received the credit. I would not recommend this place at this time.

Love this place!!
My husband and I took 3 teens and a child on a family vacation. This place was perfect to sleep the 6 of us, it was right on the beach with an amazing view. It was clean and small. The only thing I didn’t like was the kids wanting to go to the big pool area at the Pink Shell where we have a connecting gate and our pool being so much smaller. Also the lock on the door needed to be fixed but other than that, I’d book this place again in a heartbeat. Trying to convince my husband to go ahead and book it for next summer.

Check in instructions were sent in a time, easy to check into room. Nice view, was very clean and inviting. Close to beach and a short walk to shops and restaurants. Enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Almost perfect!
Nice property, comfortable furniture and beds. Disappointed that balcony is next door to Pink Shell Resort with intermittent loud music and DJ...had to call to ask to turn down a few times. Need to insure all remotes have batteries, and lamps have lightbulbs. Only living room tv had ROKU and instructions. Toaster burns bottom half of everything. Otherwise kitchen well stocked.

Great girls getaway
The air didn't work when we got there, but they fixed it immediately. We went to dinner, came back, it was done. The location was great and the beach in front of the building was beyond amazing. We really couldn't ask for a better way to spend the week with friends, so relaxing and carefree. The morning we left, there was a leak in the ceiling, I think from the apartment above- it didn't hurt us, I just felt sorry for the owner and the next renter. The touch pad coming in and out was a godsend, nobody had to keep track of any keys. Thanks so much for letting us stay in your home. The weather was perfect and the ocean and pool water were warm! We saw dolphins and stingrays playing right off the coastline in front of the building every day.....
