“This place is an amazing find. Host is welcoming and you can tell how much pride he takes in his property. It is a quite spot close to, but away from the crowds at the University. We saw a momma deer and her two fawns, and found the tree frogs on the windows at night amusing. Definitely plan on staying again when Iwe are Gainesville. ”

“Definitely recommend! We had a wondeful time. Stacey was very accommodating, friendly, and eager to provide any assistance we needed. You could tell she wanted to make sure her guests had a good stay. They're very pet friendly with lots of areas for our fur baby to run around. The property was nice and we felt very safe in the area. We had breakfast made by Stacey. Hands-down way better than any hotel breakfast either of us had had. Homemade bagels were amazing. ”

“We were in town for a few days for a family funeral; the service happened to be 5 minutes from the property, so the location was very convenient. “Beautiful grounds and perfect unit for those who are light sleepers. Two separate spacious bedrooms with very comfortable beds and bedding and nice kitchenette. Smelled wonderful and very clean upon entry. Each room had their own king size bed and large TV’s. Great location within walking distance to downtown and Lake Dora. Stephen the Property Manger/Owner was very responsive and communicative. Well priced for what you get! Would definitely stay again.”

Instructions for access were clearly communicated, and this place was a very pleasant retreat for our evenings after long days. Only thing missing is there is no pool.”
