Extended family beach getaway
The condo was beautiful! Comfortable beds and a very well equipped kitchen. A very short five minute walk to the beach and within walking distance to great restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop space and hot tub as well as the private pool. Check-in process was very simple and the owner was very quick to respond to a couple of questions that we had. We highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Short walk to the beach; good quality lodging
We were 10 people -- 6 adults and 4 kids under 5yo Pros: - Short walk to the beach (that was most important to us) - Pool with shallow area that's excellent for kiddos under 5yo - Big TVs - Bodyboard to play on beach - Lots of towels and good washer/dryer Cons: - Slippery hard floors - Lots of stairs - Very echoey -- noise carries throughout the house - Minimal decorations. No carpeting to dampen sound - No racks for wet clothes and towels - Dirt and dry grass around the pool results in dirty pool

Good location, beautiful house
Three families stayed together to have enjoyable spring break, the house was well maintained and all amenities was well maintained. It was just couple of blocks away from the beach and close the canal for all boating activities. Would definitely stay again. Would recommend this place for all family get together.

Great friends
You never have to leave this property. Such a beautiful home with plenty of space to be together or for alone time. We had so much fun. Our only wish was we had stayed longer. Very modern home. If stairs are an issue for anyone in your group this property isnt for you. A couple suggests are the bothroom need towel racks or hooks and someplace in the showers for shampoos and soap and there should be some instructions on how to get the roof open. The owners were extremely responsive to any questions we had. We would stay here again in a minure.

Great amenities, location for family stay
I stayed here with my family over the Christmas holidays and we had a great stay. The amenities are as advertised and it was a 2-block walk to the beach and about a mile walk to restaurants and shops. The host was very quick to respond before, during and at check-out when I had questions. (Thank you Chet!) The kitchen is fully equipped; I was nervous we might not have everything we need to make a big Christmas dinner but they had almost everything we could think of (including egg beaters and mixing bowls). Overall I highly recommend this place! My only suggestion for the management company is to install some hooks to hang wet towels. We ended up draping them over hangers :)

Doesn't get any better!
We were a family of 8 plus a 2 year old and one beagle staying for a week for a family event. This is a new build and everything was very clean and well stocked. There were even toothbrushes and toothpaste! Nothing was missing in the kitchen with lots of extra dishes, wine glasses and coffee cups. There are 3 floors with a king en-suite on the first floor, second floor AND a 3rd on the third floor along with another two bed rooms. Each of our rooms had a private bathroom which is always a bonus. We all had our own space with our own tv's, too! The beds were very comfortable as was the couch. The AC works very well! The pool was a nice touch although it was too cold to enjoy. The pool area is entirely fenced in which is perfect for our pup. The best part was the rooftop! Lots of seating, a hot tub and a fireplace. We enjoyed the sunset over the inter-coastal each evening. We were also able to easily walk to the beach. I would definitely recommend this home for anyone looking for a roomy family space. Quick drive to great restaurants, too.
