Rough Start Good for the Price
We had trouble communicating with the property manager to get the check-in information. Someone parked in our assigned spot. The house was good the area was convenient for us because our event was right up the street. Ice maker was not clean possibly because it didn’t work but we wanted to fill it up to hold the ice and dispense it. The interior was nicely decorated and otherwise met expectation.

Great stay but…..
Place was great. Very clean. Nice. Huge 3 bedroom apartment. Beds were all accommodating. Over all place and stay were great but host Patrick emailed us about 2-3 hours after check out with a picture of a cabinet door broken off. Started accusing my family and I immediately instead of asking us what happen. Which nothing happened. His cleaners must of done that and he was trying to blame us. They way we received the place is the same way we left it beside beds needing to be made. I would recommend this place but I would 100% record when you check in and out the entire place. Was considering making this spot my go to spot when I’m in Fort Lauderdale (which I travel frequently too) but Patrick made the ending experience uncomfortable. Still a great place and stay. Neighborhood is good.

Great place, accurate description, will stay again
The place is lovely, and my family and I enjoyed our stay, we had a little bit of miscommunication at the beginning but also it was a Sunday when we arrived. The location is accurate and the place is very well maintained.

One night stay
Communication with the host was good. The apartment was clean. Amenties were acceptable. An upgrade on some of the furnishings is needed, they appeared worn. I wish I had been told that the apartment was on the second floor without an elevator. We had multiple bags of luggage that we had to get assistance with in order to reach the apartment. Also the tv remote controls were useless. They were either broken or in need of new batteries. If these infractions were fixed, i'd have no problem with staying here again.

Poor communication
Never have I had to call VRBO to get communication for check-in. I would not recommend based on that anxiety. No txt communication, called number disconnected. Once we were able to get in contact the host acted as though we were the issue. Check in is at 4 we started sending messages at 10 am. At three called VRBO and got a txt from the host saying checkin isn’t until 4. Really! We get this but communication! Once we got the check in message it was addressed to Rebecca well that’s not my name. This is worrisome thinking we have reused number. Didn’t give us a safe feeling. Place is meh but that is expected for the price. What is disappointing is the kitchen has virtually nothing. No dish-wear to support more than 3 at best and it’s fragmented. Expect to bring everything you may need.
