Not Great
The view was beautiful in this condo. The problem was the amenities and the poor communication with the host.
- The elevator was out of service and we were not notified even though it had occurred 14 days before our arrival. My 90 yr old mother was vacationing with us. Once we got her up the 4 flights of stairs with her walker, she did not want to leave the condo for the entire 5 days we were there. If we had been notified about the elevator, we could have made other arrangements for my mother.
- The washing machine was broken when we arrived. We had to take our clothes to a pay laundry on the second floor.
- The second bedroom TV never worked.
- The host was reluctant to give us a second controller for the gate, as stated in the property description.
- One of the pop up plugs on the kitchen counter was broken.
We originally planned on booking this property again. Now, we will look for something else.
