El nuevo Blue Pearl ha sido exquisitamente amueblado con todos los detalles imaginables en un alquiler de vacaciones. 2 de las 4 habitaciones están amuebladas con camas extra grandes, 1 tiene una cama doble y la cuarta habitación tiene 2 camas individuales. Cada habitación tiene televisión de alta definición con cable y WIFI. Un área de piscina cercada muy privada encierra una gran piscina climatizada. Showers not working and the landlord claims they were working before we arrived. Poor customer service. Pool not ready. The cleaning and repair staff speak neither English nor French...it's hard to explain our situation to them.

SIMPLY IRRESISTABLE
We were wowed. This is a visually stunning property. Upon entering the the front gate a pool invites you to dive in. The front door of this L shaped property leads you to the three beautiful main bedrooms and a hallway leading to an open living dining and kitchen space. Great for a big family gathering or cozy for a couple and their freinds. Outdoors there's a wonderful firepit for cool evenings and a barbeque to add additional cooking options. The only detractor was that the well appointged kithchen microwave was not operational. Other than that prepare for PARADISE.

I wouldn’t recommend this property management company. As soon as we booked this Vrbo I had asked if it would at all be possible to do an early check. I emailed, and texted. After the next day not hearing back from anyone I called the phone number given and was told to call back again the next day. Once check in day I finally got a hold of them and they had said as of 1 pm we could not get in early but they would call as soon as the house was ready. They never called us. After checking in I received an email stating maintenance would come the following day to stow away outdoor furniture due to hurricane Milton effects. Unannounced they showed up that night at 8 pm and my husband and I panicked not knowing who was approaching the house so late at night. I had called the next day to express a phone call would have been nice to give us a heads up because we also had our pets with us. Not only did they say they already emailed me. Which they did but said they would be coming the next day. The woman also said they would not be coming back during our stay. Today as my husband and I were sitting by the pool with our dogs the guy came back unannounced didn’t knock or say hello or anything to give us a warning he was coming into the gate. I then called Val gal back very upset and they did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to correct the situation All together the professionalism was not at all there. I do not recommend dealing with this company whatsoever. Especially if you have pets staying

The house was very clean and kitchen was very well equipped with all the things we needed to make meals. The pool was wonderful and the house had a nice BBQ and fire pit area. The bathrooms were located in two of the bedrooms so it was a little inconvenient to access if someone was sleeping in that room. Overall lovely home for the cost.

Pool needs attention / different property manager
Instructions for checkin were not clear or well explained. Pool was very dirty when arrived - day 4 it got cleaned. Grill had no propane and when did get some the grill would not light. Property manager was not nice at all or very friendly AFTER of course they got our money. The house inside was very clean. Each room did have TVs, but not all worked as intended - one had no volume.

Great getaway
Property was just as described in listing. More than enough room for our family and in a good central area. Not close enough to walk to a beach but for the price you can not beat it in this area. The management for this property does well... everything was clean and orderly, the pool cleaner was there like clockwork, someone even came by to make sure the trash cans were at the curb when they needed to be and put back the next day

Great rental property!
Kids loved the pool…but, we did have to call for the pool people to come clean for us! So, we didn’t get to enjoy as much as we would of liked too! I can say they did come out to clean within a couple of hours. We would rent again!

Enjoyed our stay
Very nice home and outstanding pool and outside space. The owner, Val, was very quick to respond to questions and we enjoyed our vacation there. The home would be better if one of the bathrooms could be entered from the hall, but we needed all 4 bedrooms to sleep in and so the kids in the smallest bedroom were woken up by someone using the bathroom there. The stove and ice maker worked, but may be needing replacement as they had problems. The home could be 5 stars overall if the bathroom door could be changed to the hallway and repair or replace the stove and ice maker in the freezer.

Disappointing experience
We arrived Sunday night at the property and first thing we saw was an overflowing trash bin and additional bags of trash in the driveway. Trash collection was the next morning, so the cleaning staff could have easily put the trash out onto the street. Instead this was the first thing we had to do. The house was not very clean: Blinds were dusty, the oven was dirty, walls, sofas and the pool chairs were full of stains. We even found splinters of glass on the living room floor. In some places dust must have accumulated over months. (they charge 280 $ for cleaning the house!). The first morning we wanted to cut some fruit - all the cutting boards were black with mold. We therefore reached out to the host, also on other issues, like constantly flickering lights and a faucet in the master bathroom almost falling of the wall. We NEVER got an answer. We habe been renting houses in the Fort Lauderdale area for more than 20 years. Houses always were very nice, meticulously clean and hosts very helpful. This was the most expensive house we have rented so far and the first time we had a really disappointing experience. We give two stars because the pool ist nice and big, some of the appliances in the kitchen were new and the decor of the bedrooms is nice. But overall this house needs a lot more attention to the details.

Nice property. Little tight for our group but weather was nice so we utilized the patio area. The pool was wonderful. Used all day long. Bathroom situation was rough. Both are located in bedrooms. A few things needed attention but we enjoyed our stay.
