Great location and nice place!
Host was easy to communicate with and very attentive to any needs we had on our two stays on book ends of our cruise. Would book again. Nice place and great views of ocean. Great area and easy walk to Lauderdale by the Sea. Lots of close options in walking distance

Wouldn’t do it again.
I asked to check in early and she said yes. We walked in and it wasn’t cleaned yet. I let her know and we went out to enjoy the day. Check in time was at 4 and we didn’t end up checking in until 5 when it was finally cleaned. If I wouldn’t have seen everything the previous people left I would have thought we got a welcome basket but in reality it was the people before us food lol. Very few rolls of toliet paper. Microwave broken. Handle to dryer broken- have to use a hanger. No heat in unit. Two fake fireplaces but only one worked. It was cold!!! Enough blankets but had to wash everything first because all the towels and blankets reeked of tacos. Small bathroom sink faucet leaks- don’t set your makeup on counter. Most outlets don’t work. Bring your own blowdryer. Pretty view but dirty and outdated. Floors were cracked. Bathtub was old and gross. Property was decent. Broken pool chairs. Tiki hut was good with great service.

This unit was great. Very clean and awesome view of the beach without having to leave your bed! Spacious and everything you need was there for you. Only regret was we wish we stayed longer!

Family Trip for 6
We came to Florida for a family trip to visit Ft Lauderdale and the Keys. We stayed 2 nights and was very happy with the condo. It was very clean and supplied with everything needed. Minnie was very responsive and helping. She even had beach chairs and other items for the beach. Parking was $18 a day for valet. Plenty of places to eat and drink. Tiki Bar was great, good food and drinks. The view from the room was beautiful. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you Minnie!

We came to town for the Taylor Swift concert and had a wonderful time at the condo. It is very large for a 2 bedroom condo and we enjoyed the pool. Parking was $18 a day for valet and worth it. Lots of places to eat near the condo. View was spectacular.

Girls trip 2024
The unit itself was nice and very clean, a little dated but had everything we needed, the beach was very nice and the access to the beach was fantastic. The host to this property was quick with any answers we needed. Now the rest of this property, had a few complaints, the pool was disgusting, while I understand sand being on the bottom being right on the beach, the top of the water was very filmy and dirty. The rental for pool chairs and umbrellas was questionable, the sign at the desk area said credit card payments only, the guy called us down to the beach when we were waiting and just set us up (nice to have this available) but when we went to pay him with credit card, he told us cash only and we paid that way, but the next day we went down one of our ladies stayed at the desk where the credit card sign was and after we got set up we told him she was waiting to pay him at the desk. When he ran her credit card, for a $48 rented he automatically added a $19 gratuity, when asked about it he tried to,say it was automatic but the receipt showed a space to add a tip at your discretion. This was brought to the on site property manager’s attention. So just beware and pay attention.

4th of July Stay
Our group needed a beach place for a few days prior to a cruise. This happened to be over the 4th of July. Even with all the festivities going on, Minnie took wonderful care of us! She was super helpful and very quick to respond with any questions he had. Our group had 4 adults, 1 teenager, and 2 children. Even with ALL of our luggage for the cruise this area accommodated us perfectly. The unit is right on the beach and has a great restaurant and coffee shop for convenience. Though we did not use, the complex even has its own salon and last minute must have convenient store. There is both a Walgreens and Winn Dixie close by along with other walkable amenities. The walk to the pier isn’t far or a very quick ride share. We did not have a vehicle so we did not have to worry about the parking. Overall, this place is wonderful for a weekend getaway or a long family vacation on the beach. Totally recommend and we’ll be going back for sure.

Family Fun in Fort Lauderdale
This apartment was great and has everything you need for a wonderful vacation in Ft. Lauderdale. The place is well stocked from the kitchen utensils to bathroom shampoo, tp and plenty of towels. Beds are comfortable, place is nice and clean. The beach is right downstairs and close enough to restaurants and stores. Plenty of space for 5 people. Make sure to plan for valet if you have a car. There is a daily fee but never had to wait more than a few minutes. Had a minor issue with the shower but communication with Minnie was fantastic and it was fixed right away. Beautiful morning views of the beach. Would stay here again for sure.

Perfect!
Everything about this stay was perfect! Minnie was a great host, great communication between us. Loved the layout of the property, easy in and out and had more to offer than what we needed for our short stay. Easy walk to Lauderdale By The Sea or Water Taxi at Bokampers, Bamboo Beach Tiki Bar on site and easy to get to grocery, pharmacy, fast food, you name it! Would definitely recommend this property and host and would stay here again without question!

Family Beach Wedding Trip
My family and I recently stayed at Minnie's condo for my sister in-law's wedding. Overall, the experience was great. The condo was clean, spacious, well-stocked, and convenient to the beach/pool. We had 4 adults and 2 kids in our group and found the condo to be plenty big and comfortable. The included beach toys, chairs, and wagon were much appreciated. We did experience an issue with a broken bed, but Minnie was extremely responsive in fixing the issue quickly. Though the condo was nice, the rest of the building/resort is definitely showing its age and is need of a facelift. We found the food to be surprisingly good at the Tiki Bar and were happy with the close proximity to other amenities in town. All in all, a good place to stay for your next Fort Lauderdale trip!

Perfect Pre-Cruise Location
This condo was perfect for our family for the two-night stay prior to our cruise. The location is outstanding. The condo is within walking distance to a grocery store, drug store and restaurants. We loved walking on the sidewalk either distance, as we love to walk. The beach was fantastic for the kids and my daughter and her husband very much enjoyed the Tiki Bar and Restaurant. The pool was also a great place to swim and relax. The condo was stocked with extras. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your gem on the beach.

Nice stay and great host
This was a short stay for me and my brother. The condo was clean and comfortable. The first night we were there the TV’s did not work in either bedroom. The owner responded quickly and was on the phone with tv provider for about an hour. I discovered the next day that the tv cables were swapped and I fixed the problem but the owner was great with trying to help. The only issue we had was the guest bed broke with my brother sleeping on it. He is a big guy but the bed should have held him.

Great beachside condo stay before cruise
Enjoyed our stay at this beachside condo before going on a cruise. The condo has a new owner and we had to rebook everything all over so I was a little concerned about the process, but the host was very attentive and everything worked out fine. She even left champagne and texted us to tell us that there would be fireworks at midnight one night. They were amazing and is something that we will always remember! Host left food items for us to enjoy and made 2 beach chairs and an umbrella available to us which we used each day. Beach and pool are easy to get to. We had two people with accessibility issues and they were able to get around pretty well. Beds were comfortable. The condo and the building itself is also a hotel resort and a bit dated, but is a great value and we enjoyed our time there. There is a coffee stand, restaurant and tiki bar there, too. Be aware that the building is only valet parking for $15 per day. However, she let us park across the street at her business which worked just fine.

Great stay
Wish our weather was better when we stayed, but Minnie did a great job making us feel welcome. She had some small holiday gifts waiting for us when we arrived. 6 of us total, and it took some maneuvering to find the extra set of sheets, but we had plenty of towels, bathroom and kitchen amenities. Lots of space to hang out as well as a game to play as it was too windy and cold to go to the pool/beach. My father uses a wheelchair/walker and was able to enter the building and get around the unit easily. Would definitely stay again and hope to be able to use all those beach goodies in the front hall closet.

Nice stay
We had a nice stay other than the weather which no one can control. There is a pool but we did not use it since it was cool. The Tiki bar is great. The taco Tuesday was awesome. The hotel was nice and decorated beautifully for the holidays. We loved the coffee shop in the lobby. Our unit was nice. Kitchen had everything we needed although we didn't do any meal cooking. We loved the fact that we had two separate bathrooms for us and the kids. Plenty of space to sleep for everyone. The couch in the living room is really comfortable and we were able to watch our sports. The closet was full of stuff for the beach but again the weather didn't cooperate for us. We had one issue with the water faucet in the bathroom leaking and Minnie was right on it and offered a repair man. The beach area was great. They were fixing a lot of the buildings around that area so lots of improvements in the area. Store and restaurants are nearby and very short distance to Lauderdale of the Sea. Did not know that it was valet parking is my only complaint. Although I'm not sure that I read all the fine print.
