Has a lot of potential
The house is very spacious and the pool and outside eating area were highlights!
The layout works well, with plenty of room and privacy for everyone. We had 12 people staying there and there was definitely room for more people! Everyone slept great - the beds were very comfortable.
My disappointments were:
there were NO towel bars anywhere in the entire house and the tub drains did not close all the way so the tubs could only hold water! The furniture in the bedrooms was subpar but the closet in the primary bedroom was huge and had more than enough room.
A day or two before we got there, they asked for another security deposit - at the 11th hour - I was not happy, and I felt like the property manager was a bit confrontational which was a bummer - we were so looking forward to our vacation and his attitude put a damper on everything for me. . As time went on, things did get better. The microwave never worked, but the oven, stove and grill worked fine. The laundry was right off the kitchen which was very convenient. They kept the pool so comfortable, our kids swam daily. We LOVED the pool!
It is 25 minutes from Fort Lauderdale, and with little kids, that's a long drive to the beach and restaurants. The parks nearby are fabulous. We also enjoyed flamingo world! Overall, the house was fine, but it has the potential to be great!
