Este dulce y original pequeño apartamento privado de un dormitorio con cocina eficiente está a 7 pasos de la casa y tiene su propia entrada y espacio privado. Todas las encimeras de cobre actualizadas, electrodomésticos de eficiencia que incluyen un horno tostador de convección, un pequeño refrigerador y congelador, un lavaplatos y una placa calefactora de 2 quemadores de hierro fundido. Lovely Home
I booked this listing as a present to my fiance for his return from the military. I loved the garden from the pictures and let me tell you, it's gorgeous in person. The home owner, Lynn, wasn't present for the first day, a very kind woman named Annika showed us around and helped us with finding the parking spot. She even gave us a nice welcome basket Lynn had set up for us with wine and snacks. Something that isn't shown in the listing is how small the inside is. It wasn't a problem for me, and luckily it was just us two which made it much more cozier and romantic, but my fiance had to duck in most of the house since he couldn't fit lol. If you stand above 6'1, you might have some difficulties. Something else to mention is that the listing says something about a hot tub, but I couldn't find one on the property. I wasn't interested so I didn't speak to Lynn about it, but maybe it was put away since the weather is getting colder. As mentioned, Lynn does live on the property, however, the listing is separate from her part of the home, and you have complete privacy. The home had everything we needed, Lynn has various items available such as soap and utensils, we were even able to use the grill on the patio and enjoy the beautiful scenery while eating dinner! Overall, I would give this listing 10/10, we had a wonderful time, and the beautiful garden and great amenities made it worth much more than I paid. Thank you again Lynn for such a great weekend!

Short getaway in Loveland
It was a perfect getaway in Northern Colorado. The apartment was as cute as described including the amazing garden area. Lynn's poetry was a nice touch to go with all the artwork. We also enjoyed how close this was to the downtown area with the great local restaurants - completely walkable.

The gardens are absolutely beautiful … so peaceful to sit on the little screened in porch and listen to the water in the tiny pond. I could relax in the cozy apartment and the bed was very comfortable! It was record heat outside but the air conditioning worked very well. loved it and will definitely stay again

Little Bit of Heaven
What a great place to stay! It's located central to some amazing places to visit. Lynn is an amazing Host and was very communicative and her Gardens are beautiful surrounding the house, We have to say the bed was so comfortable, not the norm in other rentals for sure. a good nights sleep makes for happy visitors, We'd come back to her Little bit of Heaven!

My husband was part of the Sculpture in the park at Benson sculpture garden. This location was great for close location to that and to good restaurants down town. It was nice to enjoy the beautiful and peaceful gardens and for the xtra treats left on our doorstep by the owner

Beautiful!
Lynn has created a beautiful nest to explore the area! Walking distance to town with locally owned restaurants, shops, and a movie theater. There is a lake also within walking distance. Short driving distance to Fort Collins and Estes Park. The apartment was well appointed to take care of all our needs. Lynn had coffee and muffins waiting for us when we arrived. The sitting area has a water feature and the garden is gorgeous!!!

Charming, thoughtful, perfect
I couldn't have found a better spot for this trip. First and foremost, Lynn was accommodating and flexible; the logistics of the stay barely registered as something to consider. Next, the space itself is delightfully cozy (and very intentionally curated to facilitate a wide variety of guests) and no photos could do justice to the majesty of that back yard. =) I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to reach out to Lynn about this delightful place if needed a place for an extended stay in the area. It was that comfy, easy, and complete. Thank you, Lynn!
