AMAZING HOUSE!!
I could write volumes about this VRBO - it is truly amazing - fully stocked, plenty of room for family and friends, great info from owners on checking in and checking out - it had every dish, and pan, and glass you could hope for. The bathrooms were amazing with toiletries and plush towels. The beds were all super comfy and great sheets and pillows and comforters. The parking is amazing too - the garage would hold two cars then there are several different parking pads out back for oodles to park. Our family cooked and played games, rode the bikes that are furnished, spent time in the lovely hot tub on the roof - the laundry room is great and again, very well stocked with detergent and softener - it is truly one of the very best places I have ever rented and we absolutely loved it. Hope we get a chance to rent it again while my granddaughter is at CSU - the whole reason for this trip.

Perfect set up for large family gathering
Rented this VRBO for our son’s wedding weekend. It had room for 6 adults and two children. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped for a large gathering. We hosted dinner for my son’s fiancée’s family one evening and had room for everyone to move about. It didn’t feel cramped. The rental comes with 10 bikes for adults and teens. We, unfortunately, didn’t get to use them, however, it would have been great to use to get around the downtown area where many restaurants and bars are located Isreal and Greg were amazing to work with and replied to all my questions quickly. Awesome Home!
Great place to stay with a family. A lot of space, clean , fun game room, and hot tub. Everything you need is supplied and in great condition. Host was very responsive. We would definitely stay again.

January Weekend Getaway
This was great place for a little weekend getaway! Plenty of space for a large group, but also cozy for a small group. Just a couple minute drive away from the old downtown shops and restaurants. Check in/out process was smooth, easy and not much was asked of us, especially during checkout.

Perfect spot for just about everything Fort Collins
I am not sure I want to give rave reviews as I want to keep this gem to myself, lol. However, this home was just about perfect along with the Hosts! Great location, amenities, and communication was fantastic. We celebrated my kiddos “21” with a few close friends and family. The space was absolutely perfect for what we wanted it for… gathering, a gentle celebration, eating, laughing, and letting the young adults visit and old folks do their thing…the walls are not thin, water pressure/temp was spot on, beds super cozy (all guests commented how awesome the beds were), and the kitchen was a great size, and so many more amenities that I didn’t even mention. Would love to stay here during graduation next year!

Perfect for our group
Very clean and very comfortable. Was the perfect place for our group. We loved having access to the bikes for riding around town one day playing Lightening Minigolf and visiting the breweries. Kitchen had everything we needed for light cooking. Hot tub was cherry on top. Beds very comfortable - everything is brand new. Excellent communication with host. Thank you!!

Beautiful & Comfortable
This house has a great welcoming layout with comfy beds and an open kitchen for cooking. The location is amazing, it is close to town & to several hiking trails. They allow dogs, which made it even better. Hosts were great to work with, they have great communication. House was easy to check-in and out of. Highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Fort Collins and want a beautiful/comfy place to stay. We will be back!

Great place!
Had an extended stay. Owner very helpful and quick to communicate. Home is clean, new and accommodations met the needs of the family. Would recommend, based on location to downtown, use of bicycles provided and layout of home for a group- we had our adult family of 8 and it was very comfortable.
