Great for group of 8.
We came last minute to Ft Bragg and luckily this place was still available. We came up for a fishing trip and not knowing how parking would work out, but we were able to fit our boats/trailers in here no problem. The hot tub was hot, everything was clean. It was great for 8 fishing dudes. 5 stars and if it were available again, we would for sure do it again.

Amazing home!
We are so happy we booked this house. We had 3 generations together for a family vacation and loved this home. Very close to downtown Fort Bragg and local beaches. The home has 4 beds/4 bath which was important to us so that everyone could have their own space. It also has a huge game room with a pull-out queen bed which my kiddos slept on.The kitchen is remodeled and leads right to the family room so we could all hang out together. The property is lovely! Hot tub, pond, and a very large backyard. We had a slight problem with the cable but the property management company was super responsive and sent someone out right away! 5 star service from that company! We all felt so at home and welcomed! Some properties have notes all over the home instructing "Don't do this! Don't do that!", but that wasn't the case at this home, we all felt so comfortable and welcomed! From the fresh flowers they left on the kitchen counter, to all the extra blankets and amenities. We will definitely be back. 5 Star home!

Beautiful house and grounds
The photos didn't do it justice. Loved the decorations. Super spacious and comfortable. May be the best house we have rented. The hot tub is located on the deck facing the ocean where we could watch the sun go down.

Fabulous Trip to the Coast
We had a wonderful stay in Fort Bragg. Even though it was stormy getting hear, it was well worth the trip from the Bay Area. The home is nicely layed out and the master bedroom was roomy. The other two bedrooms were nice size, each with their own personal bathroom. The game room was nice addition for young teen to sleep on the couch. The guest house was perfect size for 20 year old son. Our two dogs loved the fenced in back yard to romp and play. They had towels readily available to towel of muddy paws. I would definately stay here again.

Great place to come and get some much-needed, rest and relaxation with the family. Property is very beautiful spacious with wonderful views and plenty of space for the family. We will definitely be coming back!

Mendocino Coast vaca close tp parks, beaches and great small towns!
We absolutely enjoyed the spacious well equipped and well decorated property. We had a distant ocean view from the large deck and gazebo. The kitchen appliances were top drawer. The game room, bedrooms and dining room were all you could ask for. The only downsides were proximity to the highway, a broken front gate and intermittent internet (but who needs internet when you have a great sunset, a glass of wine and a great hot tub)!

Great stay
My family and I had a great stay for a few nights. Amazing location with a distant view of the ocean. Lots of privacy. The trail to the beach is really overgrown so that was unfortunate, but it’s just a short drive away anyways. There were some ants around the kitchen/bathrooms when we arrived (probably from the rain). The beds were not the comfiest but not super bad either - just felt a little worn. Hot tub was great. Everything was very clean. A little pricey for just the 4 of us but that’s a given with the location. Would definitely stay again.

Great House
Very comfortable house, beautifully decorated, great info on amenities of house, next to McKerracher Park and Ocean. Has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths in main house, plus a game room that was a great bonus when family came by with kids and a separate cabin with a bed, own bathroom and small fridge. Really enjoyed the place.

Amazing Home
We rented this home for a "friendcation" We have a total of 4 couples in this home and it was perfect. Every bedroom has a bathroom. Which is very hard to find. We spent every evening gathered in the huge kitchen gathered around the island laughing and having a wonderful time. We also enjoyed the Hot tub and the walks on the trail down to the beach. I would rent this home over and over again. We love Fort Bragg. We will forsure be back! Thank you for our wonderful stay.

Amazing home, service and friendly town!
We arrived the town late, but the team Mendocino was very helpful. Place was clean & spotless. Very comfortable & spacious. Huge yard with hot tub with an ocean view was so relaxing. This vacation was very special for our college daughter who just turned 19 years old during this stay. And it was especially important, because this trip was the last trip for all of family together before our daughter goes off to UC Davis from this Fall soon. When we entered this house, "Happy Birthday!" note on the window welcomed her. Then more happy surprises were waiting for us. Red bottle of wine, Whiskey, mint chocolate, one pack of emergency packet of coffee, week supply of coffee creams, brand new cute doggie plush toy, poo bags, two bowls, doggie towels, and dog friendly beach map guide for us to take our little pooch. My husband saw four deer in back meadow behind backyard fence , plus many hummingbirds, ravens, and even one cute nearby neighbor's cat just crossed by. We enjoyed nearby Mackerrcher state park walk and watched many seals on the big rocks. Beautiful ocean and crushing waves helped my blood pressure and stress goes away. People are so kind and friendly in this Fort Bragg. This could be my retirement place for sure. Thank you so much for this house owner to let us share this beautiful home and team Mendocino helped our memorable vacation! We didn't want to come home. We are already looking forward to stay there again. :)

Fun family trip to coast
Path to the beach was a fun adventure. It is quite overgrown, so too difficult for some in our group. Possible to walk on the road as well, but just a few minutes by car. Large house fit our group of six adults and one child comfortably and we all enjoyed the hot tub. We had a few issues come up but the team at Mendocino Preferred were pleasant and accommodating.
