“Desolate area. Cabin was perfect size and cozy. Everything we needed was there. Cabin owners responded to questions and concern’s in a timely fashion. Had our two nine year old boys that couldn’t play on their tablets or video game consoles. I’ll just say if you have young kids with you “bring board games, bikes, scooters etc”.Overall we had a great time!”

“Aug 22-25, 2024. Very lovely cabin, immaculate, fresh beddings. Excellent Wi-Fi. We truly enjoyed the outdoor fireplace and the overall property. Very quiet area. Lots of wildlife. About 15 minutes south of Old Forge. Our host Karen was outstanding. We gave this a 5-star rating, and well deserved. Thank you!”

“It was a bit hard to find the driveway initially. The driveway was pretty tight and we couldn't bring the boat all the way to the cabin, but we made due and left it off to the side of the driveway. The cabin is a nice, quiet retreat for those looking to get away. We enjoyed the firepit and the walk down the trail.”

“Great cabin - clean, comfy beds and very quiet! Only complaint was the house water had an awful sulphur smell and we couldn’t drink it. Even taking showers & brushing teeth was unpleasant. Would suggest getting a whole house water filter and then the property would be 5 star!”

“We recanted this home for a 4 day get away with our adult kids. The owner was prompt with questions. The home was easy to access. It was clean and neat. It had all the items we needed for kitchen and bathrooms. The home was nicely decorated. It had plenty of board games and items if you have kids. I would rent this home again. ”

“The houses location was the main reason we choose this place. There’s a huge back and front lawn to allow kids to run around and have fun. Nice porches on the front and back. “The West Canada cabin was outstanding. Beautiful location with a great view of the lake right from the windows/decks. All of the conforts of home within the cabin, beds were comfy, kitchen was well appointed, had plenty of towels and having the washer/dryer was definitely quite helpful. Emily and the Kuyahoora staff were excellent in accomodating our needs with a late arrival and communicating with us. Highly recommend this resort and the cabin for any group of 6 to 8 people. ”
