“Great property, location, condition and staff. Poor WiFi connectivity and poor communication, especially pre-arrival and during the stay. However, they were able to resolve the WiFi issue by connecting us to a different network, low quality signal, wasn’t able to use it from the apartment. Otherwise, a great place to stay. Will come back here again. ”

“Listing should note stairs. Lots of stairs. Entry of property would feel nicer if porch was clean and newspapers were not strewn about and mail boxes not spilling over and out of their boxes on the ground. This gives the effect it is a vacant building. Key situation was fine. Although, not being given the WI-FI was a bummer the first night and day. The apartment inside was everything mentioned in listing. Comfortable and clean. The heater works great. Overall, 5 stars for inside. ”

“The place just like the description. The rooms are spacious and there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Living area is big enough. With all the furniture and utilities just felt like a home. The only concern is the area. It is a busy road with all emergency vehicles moving around all the time. But it didn’t distrub our sleep. I would recommend anyway looking for stay in newark so they communicate to NY and other important attractions.”

“If you have a group that enjoys their own space, this three bedroom, two bathroom property is perfect. Being able to pay for a designated parking spot was worth it. The kitchen and updated appliances, including washer and dryer was awesome as well. Just be prepared for stairs. I’d definitely stay here again!”

“4 stars (maybe more like 4.25) instead of 5 just because the bathroom could’ve been better. There were some hairs still around the tub, which told me it might not have been cleaned as thoroughly as I would’ve liked before my arrival. The water in the tub also pools around your feet when you’re taking a shower, and because it’s in an attic, the ceiling above the shower is slanted—not ideal for taller people like myself.
