Great long weekend
We traveled to Folly beach for a wedding . There were 6 of us so having three bathrooms was excellent. Great location, totally walkable to everything . Would stay here again, and would highly recommend this location.

We loved the condo! Very spacious, clean, we loved waking up drinking coffee and watching the ocean! Plenty of restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance(very close).

Only one issue
Let me start with the Condo, amenities, furniture and the view was all great. Upon arrival the ac unit was not working there was a floor ac unit that had been put in by maintenance the week prior but did not cool the condo. It took 2 days of calling the office as they acted like they had no clue of the issue. Finally the maintenance person can and said the unit had went out a week prior and the hvac company had parts on order. We asked to be moved as it was 86 degrees in the condo. 2 days later the maintenance person came with another floor unit and fans after we daily called the office. We did get some money back for our trouble but wish the unit worked or they would have moved us prior to arrival since they knew the ac was not working then this would have been a 5 star review.

Perfect Location
We loved the location and ease of walking the downtown folly beach restaurants, shops and pier. The view was great for being one street off the beachfront. Only critique would be the bath cabinets were peeling and carpet needs replaced. Did not stop us from really enjoying our family get together!

Great location right across from Beach
The location was surrounded by many bars restaurants and shops for tourists. Only a short 25 minutes drive to charleston. A condo was in great condition everyone had their own space as well as their own bathroom. Love the living room and absolutely loved the balcony which provided a great view of the ocean. Would stay there again and would highly recommend. Parking was easy and we had a space for our car with no problem.

Parking space not located under building, had to text to find out where it was located and instead of answering the question I got a "rude" text telling me that I could not park in it until it was check in time--wasn't asking that was just trying to get our ducks in a row for check in time, finally was able to find out that the parking space for that unit was located at the other end of building 2, not a big deal just could have made that a note in the check in paper work to save guest time. Remote for guest room TV was not in the room and was not located until almost check out time when we were doing our final walk through--rule listed in the "Rule" book that nothing was to be moved from room to room even bath towels were to be left in the floor for "inventory" or there would be a charge. So many rules and notes posted all over the unit that it felt like a jail, literally was afraid we were going to put the butter knife in the wrong drawer and be charged. Location was very nice, beds were comfortable, unit was clean inside but the outside door was disgusting, bath cabinets were falling apart and several of the outlets did not work and some were coming out of the wall.

Nice beach condo
Clean property, accurate listing to what was inside. Nice view of the beach not being beach front. Walking distance to everything in Folly Beach. Overall I’d recommend to others.

Great location but needs a little TLC
Great location! Close to the beach and close to bars and restaurants. Needs a little TLC as far as general maintenance and upkeep. Door hinges leading out to the balcony were almost rusted off as well as the AC vents were rusting as well. The door knob to the master bedroom was loose and hanging off. These were all very minimal things and we would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location
If you’re looking for a shiny, new apartment—this isn’t it. But if you’re looking for somewhere to stay that’s within walking distance of all the restaurants, shops, and the beach—then this is PERFECT. The beach access is right across the street. We parked our car and didn’t drive it again for the entire time we were there. We loved being able to walk to everything. The porch has a beautiful view!

Very nice location and condo
Roomy and layout was great. Each bedroom has an attached bath but needs a little updating in furniture and blinds. Some blinds need to be replaced. Dish washing liquid, fresh sponge, a trash bag and dishwasher pods were provided.

Location, Location, Location!
My family (small group of 40+ adults) really enjoyed staying here. You get an oceanfront view for the price of being “one block” away (the beach was AWESOME! Warm water and wasn’t overcrowded at all. The weather also predicted rain every day but that was a lie. PERFECT weather every day) and you’re also walking distance to all the best Folly Beach bars/restaurants. We also drove or Ubered to downtown Charleston in less than 30 mins. The property managers were super responsive about any questions or requests before and during the trip. Amazing customer service! And the condo had all kinds of unexpected supplies such as hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, cleaning spray, laundry detergent pods, toilet paper, trash bags…so many things that previous rental properties did not provide. The internet was fine, the A/C worked, the elevators worked…but the master bedroom jacuzzi jets did not work for us. The condo looks exactly as pictured so if that’s not your preference, stay elsewhere! We would definitely return and recommend it to others. Enjoy!

Great Location and view
Great location and view from the third floor. Comfortable king bed but the sheets didn't fit well. Appreciated the laundry and dishwasher pods. The condo needs a few repairs but nice overall.Needs a paint touch up and the jacuzzi tub was broken.

AC was an issue that they remedied with multiple units for comfort. New unit was installed the day we left, so that issue is solved. Great unit with a fantastic location. Steps to the beach and multiple bars & restaurants.

Perfect location
Great location. We could walk to beach, shops, and restaurants. Nice having each bedroom with its own bathroom. You can see the beach and ocean from the covered deck. Only issue was the airconditioning was not working properly. Wasn't cooling well.
