Reunion of work friends! All retired now. We follow the Southern Living Idea Houses and visited the one in Kiawah River development. We also love the beach and Charleston area. The condo was perfect.

Great place, great location
Great place for our family of 5. Across the street from the beach, walking distance to the restaurants and shops in Folly Beach, and a 20 minute drive to Charleston. We loved the deck and only wished the weather would have been warmer.

Needs a deep cleaning
This property was as described was in a beautiful, quiet location. There is lots of room there is minimum kitchen equipment if you plan to cook every day, but the cleanliness of the property was not up to par. We actually had to clean the first day we were there, because we felt so uncomfortable with all the dirt in the floor and how nasty the bathrooms were, nothing look like it had been wiped off. The floors did not look like they had been mopped. Several of the rugs have major stains on them and need to be replaced. Everything in the house that had batteries needed to be replaced. I tried to email the company the first night and could never get it to go through. I tried to call and never got an answer. This is a good property to stay at if they would just up their game with cleanliness we should’ve got our first hint of that with how nasty the elevator was , there was beer spilt in the elevator and it stayed there for four days. We will definitely go back but probably plan ahead with cleaning products in tow. Heads up for parking I would not advise anyone to drive a large vehicle and expect to be able to park in designated parking space we drove a smaller SUV and had a hard time getting in and out if we had driven our crew cab truck, it would have never went through the entrance.

Condo was in a great location, walking distance to downtown Folly. It was overall in good condition with a few minor imperfections. We went in February so I wish there had been spare blankets. Overall a nice stay.

Very nice property inside and wonderful view
We were nervous pulling in to parking area but when we opened the door it was a 5 star condo. It was very open and comfortable. It was too cold to sit outside but in warmer weather there was plenty of seating to look at the ocean. Beds were comfortable all appliances were new. We would stay there again

Wonderful week
Our stay was wonderful. The closeness to the ocean allowed us easy access plus we were able to see dolphins offshore from the condo. Secondly, the condo had ample space and seating. It was neat and clean. Finally, Charleston was a short drive away. Great week!

Outstanding Property
Fantastic, well-appointed property in the perfect location on Folly Beach. The condo was very clean and comfortable. We did hear some noise from neighbors through thin walls but this did not detract from the overall stay. I will definitely book this property again directly from Carolina One Vacation Rentals.

Great location and oceanview
My family loved this property. Location was great - a few blocks from downtown and the pier. The oceanview and beach access was great as well. The condo was very clean and appears brand new. The kitchen has very updated appliances and nice amenities. The bathrooms had great space, nice fixtures and finishes, especially the shower tiles. I would highly recommend this property.

Great Oceanfront Condo on Folly near restaurants
We stayed at the condo for the Cooper River Bridge Run, 3 couples total. We absolutely loved the condo and its convenient location to Center St on Folly and the beach. Plenty of room for us to move around, enjoy the ocean views from the living room and balcony, and even prepare a big post-run brunch! Would absolutely stay here again!

Super oceanfront condo
Our party of 5 enjoyed our stay at this newly remodeled, well-stocked and clean condo. It is within walking distance of everything in Folly Beach and just a short walk to the ocean. We enjoyed coffee each morning on the balcony while watching the surfers. Would definitely stay here again.
