Anniversary
Celebrating 33 years and friends celebrating 32 years of marriage. Had a relaxing long weekend. Great food, views, and friends. Condo was very nice and clean. Would definitely stay again. Everything was great, but would recommend some better pillows.

The best!
This was the best place we’ve ever rented! Clean, well decorated, centrally located, and great beach access. The beds and furniture were comfortable and the deck was the best.

Nice stay!
The location was very nice with a short walk across the beach to the ocean. There were a few minor maintenance issues that could easily be fixed, now that they know about them. Overall a nice place.

This adorable, clean and spacious condo was centrally located to restaurants, etc and a lovely view of the beach. Would definitely recommend staying here and we would definitely stay here again!

Great vacation. We love Folly Beach!
We were disappointed with the inaccurate details on VRBO. When we communicated the concerns with Vacasa they were quick to respond but never followed up with our concern about getting a parking pass that was missing from the unit. Besides that, we had a great time and will definitely be back to Folly.

Great Location
This was a perfect place for our Folly family vacation. We had never been to Folly before, so it was great to be so close to all of the bars and restaurants, as well as a very short walk to the beach. Great ocean view from the front deck - despite being across the street - it felt like ocean front. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect
Great location for my family! Love Folly and all it has to offer without having to drive ! Snapper Jack’s shrimp was on point! The condo was clean and roomy , we slept great and can see the ocean from the kitchen, my husband did go to Harris Teeter a couple of times and it’s great too! Bert’s was awesome for quick needs. We will definitely be booking again ! You do see the Tides parking lot but the ocean is just beyond and still beautiful and easy walk to beach…..oh and the porch was a great size!

Folly Beach
The condo is across the street from the beach with easy access. Folly beach county park is 1.4 miles worth the visit. Get the ribs at Rita s and went to an oyster bake at Washout bar very good.

Great Location in Folly Beach
Awesome location close to restaurants and Berts Market, and just a couple minute drive to Folly Beach County Park (and across the street from the public beach). 20+ min drive into downtown Charleston, so all sorts of options for things to do! Stayed with my family including a 2 and a 5 year old, and they loved it. Clean and plenty of space.

Location! Location! Location!
Beautiful home, very clean and cozy! Also very spacious and easy access with elevator. The location is perfect! Ocean view from balcony and right next to Center Street where all the cool shops and restaurants are! Park and forget about your car! Rita's has become a must when we come to Folly, great drinks, food and atmosphere! The only challenge was at initial check-in information, we weren't provided location or name of rental place to get parking passes and check-in packet from. They called me when I didn't show up and it was easily resolved but could be smoother by putting info in VRBO or Vacasa. Loved our stay here, highly recommend and we're ready to come back!!!

Excellent location and condo!
A beautiful condo with a fully equipped kitchen. Loved the balcony, the selection of games, and the convenience to the beach and Center Street. Only thing missing was a hair dryer, so remember to pack one.

Arrived think we had two parking spaces under building but one was outside.
Parking space was not as expected, pool was very small..only room for 10 to 12 people at a time and no bath towels in master bathroom, but brought some when notified. No dishwasher detergent , we just purchased some after calling and they did not bring any. Twin bedroom and master had blinds you could see through and sun/light constantly came in night or day. Beach was nice!

Great location! Walk right across the street to the beach. Restaurant in walking distance . Everything was great had a wonderful time all was clean in the unit except one kitchen towel had hair all over it yuck!

Absolutely Wonderful
This property was my most favorite place I have ever stayed in Folly Beach. The view from the balcony was perfect, the beds were amazing (felt like I was sleeping on a cloud), and the location was prime! We could walk to everything! The rooms and bathrooms were clean and smelled fresh. The pool and hot tub area was fun and I really liked how you entered a code to get into the pool, that way no random strangers could get into the pool area. Also, I liked how we entered a code to get into our room because then I didn't have to worry about carrying around a key and possibly lose it. I will absolutely stay here again and I am already planning another girls trip for next year. 10/10 recommend this place! :)

Great Location
Had a great week perfect weather....location was ideal for walking everywhere! Unit is very dated...master bathroom sinks fill with water, entire master bath needs to be renovated. Dishwasher must be 25 years old doesn’t work had standing water in it. Dryer needs to be restarted 4 times per load...having said this we still enjoyed our time there and souls stay again. Hopefully this unit gets a very needed update!
