“We live in Jacksonville but had an event all weekend in St Aug and were looking for something at a decent price and location. That way we didn't have to drive back and forth. This place hit the nail on the head. The house was perfect for two couples. Some people might be put off because it's in Lincolnville but it was absolutely fine and super close to town. I'd recommend this place to anyone pretty much. ”

“We had such a nice time at this amazing home. I booked this property with the intention of having more family members present, but plans changed. My husband and I had the home to ourselves, and it had everything we could possibly need. It was just like being at home. “We all were very impressed by the house and enjoyed our stay. Suggestions: The downstairs bathroom attached to the bedroom. Bite the bullett and redo the plumbing. It smelled bad on arrival but upon use was fine. Draining water caused noise indicating venting issues, which likely also cause the smell. Shower controls are off causing inability to have a coolish shower. It was virtually always on very warm. ”

“We really enjoyed our visit! There were cracked deck chairs when we arrived and the property manager responded quickly and replaced them promptly. We would definitely stay again since I’m from there. ”
