Surf Sounds está ubicado en una calle privada a solo .4 millas (4 cuadras) de la playa. Es una casa estudio de 780 pies cuadrados con garaje adjunto para vehículos recreativos que llevará a cabo su recogida de tamaño completo con un remolque ATV, la Harley o su automóvil. Está ubicado entre pinos y rododendros salvajes, en una fantástica área soleada protegida contra el viento. Si bien no puede ver la playa, puede escuchar los sonidos de las olas y disfrutar de un rápido paseo hasta la playa con su perro o sus hijos.

Este es un estudio, por lo que es una habitación grande. Tiene una alcoba para la cama queen. Es ligero y brillante con muchas ventanas. El televisor de 40 pulgadas está montado en la pared en un soporte giratorio extraíble para que pueda verlo desde cualquier lugar de la habitación. El baño tiene una combinación de bañera y ducha.

También encontrarás un amplio vestidor y un área de despensa para guardar tus cosas. La cocina tiene una cocina eléctrica autolimpiante de tamaño completo, microondas, refrigerador de tamaño completo, un lavavajillas portátil y todo lo que necesitará para cocinar. Este es un excelente lugar para una pareja o una pareja con niños pequeños. También cuenta con una lavadora y secadora en el garaje.

La sala de estar tiene una mesa de billar, sofá cama loveseat (doble), con un colchón de espuma de memoria de 5 pulgadas. El televisor tiene un paquete de cable expandido, una caja de TV por Internet Roku con Netflix ilimitado y una PlayStation 2 con juegos. También hay un balancín giratorio muy cómodo y un sillón reclinable de cuero.

El patio le invita a sentarse y relajarse con una copa de vino para relajarse. Estamos seguros de que, hagas lo que hagas, encontrarás una agradable sensación de calor cuando regreses a Surf Sounds después de tus actividades diarias.

Loved the property! Quiet, restful & a wonderful feeling of being safe. This home had everything we needed & then some. Very close to beach and close but not too close to town. We had a wonderful time & loved being able to park in a garage!

Relaxing and sounds of the surf were lovely.
I was here to visit it with my parents. My dad’s health is failing and it had been 4 years since the last visit, so it was good to spend time with him. Thank you for making a somewhat stressful time so much easier.

Nice neighborhood biking
Our 2nd visit to Surf Sounds. A nice and affordable place to stay. We bring our bikes for short 1-2 mile rides on the quiet neighborhood streets. The garage easily fits our car + bike + bike rack. Leslie the owner helped out quickly when the internet went down temporarily. We look forward to our 3rd stay in the future

Well-Equipped & Comfy
We stayed for 3 days after Christmas. It rained most of the time but we're from the PNW so know how to have fun while dodging raindrops. We were glad our small dog was invited to join us. The place was immaculate and had everything we needed. The hosts provided a huge binder with lots of useful info. Just be aware that the wifi signal was sometimes a bit weak so occasionally my friend and I had to take turns being online. We look forward to booking again :-)

Heceta Beach House
Our stay was great! Even though it’s a one-room studio the space felt spacious, was very comfortable, very clean, and we had everything we needed. Perfect for a couple. The walk-in closet/linen area was great for extra storage space and for hanging up clothes. The available garage bay was a bonus and allowed us to park our SUV. The pool/snooker table was a lot of fun. We played more pool in one week than in our entire life!! The house is just an easy 10-minute walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

quiet neighborhood
A wonderful way to stay in Florence. Access to beach is just blocks away in residential area, with very light traffic. Interior is as shown: roomy with a good-sized kitchen and plenty of storage in the large utility/closet. We opened all windows at night for the quiet, the dark, and the stars. Exterior was very nice, especially the raised patio area for morning coffee. Best of all for us--the garage. It is huge and wonderfully set up for those who bring bikes or atvs or trailers. We rode our bikes daily on every street in this older Florence neighborhood for a total of nearly 2 miles. We look forward to staying again

Outstanding Property
We have stayed in rentals all over the world for many years and this is one of the best places we've had. Don't let the fact it's a studio and has a pool table in the living area turn you off. It was very well stocked with modern kitchenware, furniture was comfortable, there was a good recliner, and the bed was good. There was plenty of room for 2 of us during our 10 day stay. It was located less than .5 miles from the beach so a great walk. It is a quiet neighborhood and and easy drive to groceries and other things in Florence. The perks were a garage and a second refrigerator in the garage. We would stay there again without hesitation.

Heceta Beach Bungalow
This little house is a wonderful find for myself and my husband. We brought our 2 Poodles along, who enjoyed it a lot. There was a bit of a walk to the beach area, so we only made it out twice. We had no trouble finding the place. The towels were a tad stiff, but the owners had also provided towels (and toys!) for the dogs. There is no mention of it in the ad, but there is a Keurig coffee machine, I guess this is a new addition to the appliances. We would have brought our own K-Cups if we had known. Overall, the house is just perfect and I look forward to visiting again!

This place was perfect for the two of us and our dog. We loved how easy the walk to the beach was, and the pool table was a lot of fun! Very comfy bed, great parking, and very peaceful atmosphere.

Nice place to unwind by the beach!
Although it may not be a ocean view property, this place was awesome for our visit to friends and family on the Oregon coast! Only a short walk from the water, nice, quiet neighborhood, and very clean and put together when we got there. We even found some time to play some pool :-) it was also very nice to have garage access, when you were on the coast, the fog and all the crud from the trees make your vehicle, a mess and especially driving our personal vehicle from the Midwest for our trip, it was nice to keep our personal vehicle clean for the week. As we have family on the coast, we will be back!

Perfect Location
Location a 5 minute easy walk to Heceta Beach. you truly can hear the surf every day from here. Temperature stayed between 67-70 degrees the 3 weeks we were there. Apartment was large and appointed with everything you need. Pool table was a fun touch. Dishwasher does work, portables were in our early years of life. Owners are close, but privacy is afforded. Wonderful to be able to keep car garaged. Close to everything. Jerry’s bar and grill within a mile for quick takeout, La Pomadori for a nice Italian meal, 3 Rivers Casino with good food, Clearwater in Newport with excellent food and sit and listen/watch sea lions. A lot to do and see in this area. People were very friendly and great conversations were had. We had a wonderful, relaxing 3 weeks doing day trips. Coastal Dunes Golf Course is a few miles away, an experience playing in sand dunes. We have been traveling since June with 2 cats and they were not happy in leaving. Whole area is restaurant and park, pet friendly. The sand dunes are amazing and is the hot spot for sand duning. Highly, highly recommend Surf Sounds to explore the Oregon Coast unique Florence area!

Couldn't have asked for more and will DEFINITELY be back!
The place was exactly as expected based on the listing, which is frequently not the case, we've found. Only a couple of blocks from the beach, a couple of miles away from local tennis courts, and short drives away from amazing hikes, we had plenty to do in the incredible Florence, Oregon environment. It rained probably 75% of the time we were in Florence, but it was fine because we don't mind at all hiking in the rain. We even played tennis in the rain and it made for a great pic and memory. The only bummer was we weren't able to kayak as we were there just a few weeks ahead of regular season. As we hope to live in Oregon in a few years, we plan to make Florence a regular stop (at least once or twice a year) and will hope this cute place is available every time we are planning to stay in Florence. The pool table was also so fun and we had quite a few pool tournaments as we enjoyed the cozy place on rainy evenings and mornings. The hosts were terrific as we had forgotten we had received an email with check-in instructions well before our stay. I emailed Leslie and she responded quickly, re-emailing us the instructions for our convenience. In the meantime, we had found the email and were all set to go. Check-in and checkout were a breeze and we overall just loved our entire stay. We're always sad to leave amazing vacations, but this is the first I can remember in which I was actually quite teary the morning we drove out to head home. For future visitors, the kitchen is well stocked and the bed is very comfortable. There's also a nice, large closet with hangers and drawers. The little outdoor sitting area in the pics on the listing looks like it is more secluded than it is (I thought from the pics that there isn't a house in sight when sitting in the outdoor sitting area), as it is in the front yard and there is a house really close by (adjacent with not much space between). If you don't mind that, great! I'm almost out of space to write, but will say this place is amazing and we will definitely be back! <3
