Best of all worlds
We had a fantastic experience staying in this apartment. It's clean, quiet, secure and close to not only the train station, but also Duomo and other attractions. We enjoyed visiting several of the nearby restaurants. It was especially wonderful to have two bathrooms.

Family trip to Italy
Location of this property is minutes away from the train station. It was within walking distance to shopping, food and exploring. Owner was extremely responsive and thorough when checking in and out of their apartment. The elevator was a huge perk for lugging travel bags.

Wonderful top floor apartment near transit
Anna and Davide were wonderful hosts and there place was clean and roomy. We enjoyed making coffee in their functional kitchen. It’s a 10 minute walk from the train station and easy access to the central part of the city. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. We will be back! Grazie!

This apartment is clean, comfortable, and fully equipped in a modern, minimalist style. Davide, the host, met us on arrival, was very pleasant, available for questions, and ensured we had a fine place to sleep and eat breakfast every morning. We would happily stay here again.

Great place to stay for Florence visit
Apartment very clean, great facilities and air-con also very handy in the hot weather. Davide was in regular contact & met us when we arrived to point out everything in the apartment, which was a nice touch. Its close to main railway station & easy to locate. About 10 minutes walk into Florence, so easy to get into town and explore all the city has to offer

Wonderful Clean Apartment
This apartment is in a great location, easy walking distance to the major train station and all the historical sites of downtown Florence. The host were friendly and very helpful with suggestions for great family restaurants. The room set up is ideal for a family with several children.

The apartment was perfect and the hosts were super! It was great having two bathrooms with our family….and also having two twin beds….one for my daughter and one for my son. It was very clean and was walking distance to the train.

Clean, convenient but noisy
Host was very flexible with early drop off of luggage. Description says it's a new apartment but I think the correct word should be remodeled or refurbished. However, it was clean, had enough linen, but needed decent and more pillows. The host stressed for us to respect neighbors by not closing doors too hard and not to be noisy. However, we were woken at 2 am by a loud noise from above of a washing machine spin drying. We had to bear up with two washes. So I guess the respect for neighbors doesn't go both ways. There is a master key that shuts off all power when you leave and that requires quite a few minutes for modem to boot up when you get back in. So no TV or internet for sometimes half an hour on return. That circuit at least should not be wired to the master shut-off switch.

New apartment and friendly host
This place was nice and clean and seemed new. There are two bedrooms (one with either one large bed & one single or three singles and the other with one large bed or two singles). There are also two bathrooms. The host was there to show us everything and even provided us with a bottle of water and juice. There was also some of the standard seasonings to aid in cooking. This place is close to the train station which was a plus. One note - the apartment does require to have the keys inserted into the wall in order for the lights to work. My recommendation is to provide two sets of keys in case groups split up. It proved a challenge when our group wanted to split up but only have one set of keys to get in and keep the lights on.

Beautiful flat, nice responsive owners.
The flat is 6 to 8 minutes walk to Firenzie Santa Maria Novella train station. This makes it easy to go anywhere. We chose to walk to the Duomo, 20 minutes to the old city, many shops, restaurants, entertainment and some museums. My family loved being there. The third bedroom listed is a pull out couch in the living room. We thought it would be a separate space. All worked out perfectly. We were happy to have an elevator to the 4th floor and enjoyed the views from the balcony, perfect for morning café and to hang our hand washed clothes. The space has nice natural light and is clean with efficiency and comfort in mind. We loved it and Davide made quick and easy communication. Gratzie (Thank you) Anna and Davide.

So close to everything!
Davide met us as soon as we walked up! Anna was easily accessible by chat. What a great way to start the trip! The apartment was decorated nicely and very clean. There is an elevator which helped as the apartment was on the 4th floor. There is a cute little balcony where we sat and watched the sunset. Anna and Davide’s place was perfect for our stay. Check them out when you visit Florence.
