Before booking, we read the reviews and saw that they weren’t great, and we booked understanding what the reviews said. What I had seen prior was that the check in process over what’s app was sketchy and finding the location was confusing, so that is not contributing to our review. To those who are confused about check in, know that it’s completely virtual. All the instructions are in the email that is sent the day before, it’s just not spaced out properly, making it difficult to read, but it is all there. We also saw reviews complaining about a bad ac unit. The ac units have a flap on them that block the air flow. If you move that, the ac works great, so no complaints there. Our issues were two things specifically, a lack of organization on the property’s part and poor cleanliness. When we booked, we booked a room with three beds and clearly listed that there were three people who would be staying. We were provided only 2 towels and 2 pillows. Since there is no one on property, it was very inconvenient to ask for more. On top of that, the first two days of our trip our shower seemed to only produce cold water no matter which way we turned the handle. By day three, we did get hot water, so I am not sure what that was about. Also there was black mold in several parts of the bathroom. The mold is not severe and looks easy to clean, which indicates that this place is just not cleaned well. This place also advertises free WiFi, but it does not work at all.
