Surf Scooter es una casa de 784 pies cuadrados fabricada en 1990 que tiene capacidad para 4 personas. El propietario acaba de completar una gran remodelación en esta casa, tiene todas las nuevas paredes de lámina de roca, un baño nuevo, pisos nuevos, puertas, pintura y muebles. Lo único que no se remodeló es la cocina, pero recibió todos los electrodomésticos nuevos, incluida una cocina eléctrica con tapa de vidrio y un lavaplatos. La sala de estar y la cocina cuentan con un concepto abierto con un comedor en el bar con capacidad para 2, una mesa con altura de bar con capacidad para 4 y un Roku de 40 pulgadas con transmisión de TV por Internet. Hay una bonita terraza con un patio recién ajardinado.

En el otro extremo de la casa hay un dormitorio de matrimonio con un ventanal y otro televisor. El baño, recientemente remodelado, tiene una ducha y una maravillosa bañera de hidromasaje, "definitivamente tiene esa sensación de spa".

La lavandería está en el pasillo y tiene una lavadora y secadora apiladas de tamaño completo.

La habitación doble tiene capacidad para 2 adultos pero será acogedora, sin embargo, es perfecta para un niño. La casa está terminada con una hermosa sensación costera, y se encuentra en la cima de una colina en un lote doble en una zona protegida del viento. A solo 4 cuadras de distancia (una caminata de 8 minutos según Google) y sumergirás tus dedos en la arena y el surf. Esta es una gran escapada costera para 2 a 4 personas.

Cozy little place!

We had a wonderful time! The house was cozy and clean, pricing was fair! The only thing I’d recommend to change is the mattresses. They were very loud when you moved on them, and we had a baby in the room with us! Other than that 5/5!

Excellent Spot!

We went to this Florence beach House for spring break. We took our dog who loved the backyard. We really enjoyed the units access to the beach and the surrounding neighborhood. We visited the lighthouse,The Hobbit trail, and downtown Florence. The notebook the owner has provided gives lots of local information. This unit would be great for young children and couples. Extra perk was the hot tub. Highly recommend!!

Perfect!

This was my 2nd time staying there and it was absolutely perfect! Short walk to the beach, wonderful property, perfect home for 2 people. The driveway is steep but there’s a paved patch that helps get vehicles up the slope. The owners left a binder filled with all the information about the house and area and gave several things to do in the area. 10/10 would recommend this home. Will be staying here once more in the future!

Escaped the heat wave

We love this simple & clean home. Everything we needed was provided and i love how well organized and labeled everything is. Even during a heat wave we were never hot. The ocean breeze is delightful and the sound of the ocean is so calming. Our little dog loved going to the beach too! It was perfect timing because we missed the heatwave at home. We would definitely stay here again!

Serene location in Florence Oregon

Property was clean, well organized with necessary living supplies & beautiful yard & large patio. Three deer kept reappearing to keep me company. I tried extending my 2 week stay but was already booked. Highly recommend for anyone needing a place to stay in Florence near the beach and will share this with any friends or family visiting.

Beautiful Home

This home was absolutely perfect for my friend and I. Beautiful property and beautiful on the inside too, very nice and clean. A nice front porch, back patio, and fire pit. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. There was information inside the house about activities in the surrounding area which was very helpful. Short walk to the beach, just across a few streets and a very easy drive. Driveway is steep but with our truck we were just fine. Just outside of Florence so nothing was in walking distance (except for the beach). I will definitely be back!

Fantastic golf week at a beautiful location

The house was very nicely decorated and the yard was really nice and I love that we could bbq on the back patio and sit by the fire pit at night. The amenities were great! We will definitely be repeat guests! Thank you so much for your hospitality 🌷

Sweet spot in a relaxing area

Unit as described. We enjoyed our stay in this well remodeled (kitchen in work) 2 Bed/1 Bath mobile home. As noted, the driveway is steep, so be advised if that would bother you, it didn't impact us. Well stocked unit with close proximity to the beach for regular long walks on the sand. You can hear, not see, the waves from the unit. Quiet, friendly neighborhood. Thank you... Thank you... Thank you... for allowing pets. Our girl recently had surgery and we didn't want to leave her at home with the dog sitter, so it was comforting to bring her along and have a private yard. Would recommend, and stay again, for someone seeking a close proximity beach unit built for a couple or small family.

Very Relaxing

Quiet neighborhood and beautiful surroundings. The house was clean and comfortable. There were even coverings for furniture if pets would likely be on them. That was a great idea. Our dogs are very clean and do not shed but it was good to use them anyway. Great location, will try to stay again.

Peaceful and comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The property looks actually nicer than the photos. It was very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. I really enjoyed the quiet nights and the walks to the beach in the morning. The property is also conveniently located close to town.
