“Thank you for letting us stay at your rental home. We found everything that we needed and then some! Your place makes a wonderful family get a way. We enjoyed kayaking and canoeing and searching for the Manatees. They did find us and it was a very wonderful experience. We enjoyed being right on the river. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the beds are comfy. We had a relaxing time. ”

“The location on the river is amazing. The home is directly on the main river. The host Summer is top notch. If you text her, she will answer you promptly. She was there to greet us when we were leaving to make sure how our stay was. The house was spotless. Plenty of beach towels, plenty of bath towels. Would definitely recommend staying here, and we plan on going back. We were there to celebrate my adult son’s Birthday. I asked summer if she could hang a few birthday decorations and she did not...

“My son and I were in town for a week for a disc golf tournament and this house was perfect for us! It is off the main roads in a quiet neighborhood, no light noise so you can truly relax! We mainly slept or sat around for a couple of hours when at the house. Beds were comfortable, well equipped kitchen for our needs, washer and dryer were handy, and the rooms were nice and dark at bed time! Will definitely book again if we get back out there.”

“The place was just right for the occasion with maybe just a couple concerns. There was no bathroom door and this lead to a little bit of privacy loss with the room only being a studio setup. The other issue was a lack of space for our luggage. This lead to a bit of clutter while there. These small issues would not keep us from staying again but they could be bigger issues for others. The home was super clean. Beautifully decorated. And the outside private patio was equally beautiful. ”

“We had a 2 night stay so we didn’t spend a lot of time in the villa. Overall it’s a nice villa. I don’t care for carpet but I did know that ahead of time. We couldn’t get the lights over the vanity to work in the bathroom and some confusing information on where to leave the garbage. And yes it is a hassle trying to get the towels and sheets washed before the 10am check out time. We rented this villa due to its close proximity to the square.”

“My husband and I enjoyed our time at this lovely guest suite in Spring Hill! The host was quick to communicate when needed and very welcoming! We had family in the area so we didn't hang out at the rental too much, but it was perfect for our overnight 3-day stay. Sadly, the weather was very chilly during our visit so we could not use the inviting outdoor pool outside our bedroom door. ”

“This home is warm and cozy! We spent Thanksgiving with family that live locally. Lots of space. Loved the pool, plenty of pool towels and floats.
