“Our stay was very comfortable and it was a great location for our stopover between Scotland and Devon. The host was very efficient, friendly and accommodating to our needs. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The only downside was the en suite bathroom which had a sensor light. This made any night time toilet trips impossible to make without waking someone up with the light and extractor fan. The shower pressure was very weak & the sink was tiny. “The hotel area smelt of curry and beer with sticky floors, which was not a good start. The person at reception was confused why I was there, then realised I was the last person they were expecting. When I did get a key, there was silence before I asked where the rooms were. The bathroom smelt mouldy (which it was), the shower plumbing needed to be cleared as it was blocked, and the sink plug locked in place. The steps down to the fire escape had 'stuff' stored on them and at ground level more...

"I love this place, the apartment, the view the location! It’s my second time staying here and for sure I will be back! Staff is overall nice and helpful. I travel on my own and this feels like a safe and cozy place, easy and close to everything you need and for leisure. Would like to give special thanks to both reception men working on 25AUG24 night shift for being so kind and professional. (The only downside is that I forgot something in my room and they said they did not find it and felt a bit ignored about it.. I would have appreciated if they showed more interest and to have it back as I’m sure it was left there, which is obviously my fault)"
