Great GA property close to Chattanooga
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. In total there were 6 adults over 18, a 15, 10 and 7 year old. We also had guests who joined us for the day. The home was spotless upon our arrival and there was plenty of room for all. It is very close to Lookout Mountain and neighboring attractions. I would consider this property for a future stay in the area. A few things to note: if visiting downtown Chattanooga, drive is about 25 min. If you are a large party you may have to split showers at beginning/end of day. We did run out of water when everyone tried to take showers in the morning. The front brick steps are not well lit. We used our phone lights when arriving at night to avoid falling.

There were 11 of us and we were very comfortable. This place was well stocked for cooking meals and plenty of room for everyone. It is a beautiful home and we enjoyed our stay. We will return for any future trips to the area. Close proximity to area attractions in Chattanooga. We loved our stay here!

Home away from home
We were in town for my daughter’s wedding. The house was ideal for our stay with plenty of space and amenities. We loved the area and convenience to the venue. The house was spotless and in beautiful condition and beds were very comfortable. Would definitely recommend the property and the management was super helpful and accommodating

Property more than exceeded our expectations! Plenty of room for each one of the 3 of us to enjoy our own space- bathroom & bedroom a piece. Neighborhood was quiet and no question to safety or security. Management was very attentive and we had no problem enjoying a home away from our home while we were in the area working.

Plenty of Room and all the Comforts of Home
This home met all our expectations and then some! We felt right at home! Very well stocked. The property manager stayed in constant contact we us to make sure all our needs were met totally. The neighborhood was beautiful, quiet and we felt safe. Very close to all of the attractions. This was our first time renting through VRBO and we do so again the future. One small consideration: the stairs leading from the driveway to the house are a bit steep and this may present a challenge to older folks or individuals with mobility issues. But not a big deal.

Loved this house!
This house is beautiful and in a beautiful neighborhoods. Our family had such a a wonderful time. The porch with the fire pit was great. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had what we needed. My oldest grand begged and begged to stay! It's close enough to Rock City, Ruby Falls, and all of the other sites to be convenient, but not so close that you're in the middle of the city. Wonderful place!

Spring Break 2024
We arrived to find a beautiful home as described in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The home was clean and very well stocked. The hosts were very responsive prior to our arrival and touched base with us a couple of times while we were there. The boys enjoyed the ping pong, the chess set and other games. We even did a little Easter Egg hunt in the back. I had a little trouble with the upstairs TV and it seems that one remote might need replacing. We loved the Whirlpool tub. We especially loved how close we were to Chattanooga. We were able to enjoy Ruby Falls and the Inclined Railway. We enjoyed good food and took in beautiful sites. It was a short, but fun filled stay and the home was everything described.

Visited for a wedding
Very very nice place! Definitely a luxurious stay. The master bedroom has a hot tub and a lovely shower. The bed was huge! The back patio was one of our fav places to relax. Screened in so no worries about bugs. The downstairs has ping pong and other toys my kids enjoying playing with. The kitchen came with coffee pods that kept us happy the entire visit. Thank you so much for everything!

Perfect house and host
We were in Chattanooga because of a family emergency and this house was a perfect place for us to rest our head at night. Unfortunately we didn’t get to enjoy it much but it was gorgeous. If we’re in the area again, this is where we’ll be staying.

Christmas family visit!
We enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and comfortable. I have two girls a 13 yr old and a 10yr old. They both enjoyed having their own space to sleep. They also enjoyed the downstairs ping pong area to hangout. We have family in the area and come to visit about two to three times a year. We would for sure rent here again.

TV stations not easy to find.
The newer TV options with the channels were not available to understand.. I had a basic knowledge, but could not get Fox News, Sec Football games. No .explanation of “how to”. Only other thing, the smal Bathroom on the main floor did not have adequate space for the second bathroom (even the basics of space)for a few makeup essentials. A small table under the window would be suggested for this area of the home. Thank you

Wonderful stay
My family of 5 was very comfortable at Stanford Stay. Our plan was to explore TN and that was easy to accomplish with a short drive to our planned destinations. It took less than a 10 minutes to get to Rock City/Ruby falls and about 25 minutes to drive to the Aquarium. We ate at Phil’s Primetime Pizza which also delivers. The pizza and salad was amazing. Our boys ages 7, 8, and 12 loved the ping pong table downstairs, playing chess in the living room, and chasing fire flies in the backyard. All the beds were very comfortable and clean. We would be happy to stay here again next time we visit. The only negative about the home was a slight urine scent in the 2 large carpets on the main floor.

Great family getaway
We stayed here with my cousin and his family. It was relatively close to all the attractions we wamted to go to. The house had plenty of space and the back porch was amazing. The beds were comfy and kitchen was fully stocked. Overall this was a great property.

Location is good proximity for city and golf
House was laid out nice, master and second bedroom and full bath upstairs with open space to watch tv and play games plus an enclosed back porch. Plenty of room in basement for kids to hang out and a separate bedroom and bathroom for them. Good proximity to Chattanooga plus several golf course within 20-45 minutes.
