“This has been our go to place to stay while in the keys. We love the pool, hot tub and beach. My boys can walk right out into the beach and start fishing. It is out of the hustle and bustle but not too far out. Highly recommend!”

“My family and I took a vote -- this was the best ever. It was super-clean and so well-equipped. My sister-in-law was excited about the ice-maker and the cocktail shaker in particular. It's in a great part of the Old Town -- a quieter part but just a step to everything on Duval and beyond. LOVED the fact we could watch college football on the big TV as well. The check-in was so easy and great communication from the hosts. A bonus was the parking spot, OK it was shared with the upstairs property,...

“We chose this property for proximity to sandy beach and available parking. Very friendly staff, prompt attention to issues in the condo. While the property is dated, it’s clean and offers parking. ”

“Room was clean and well decorated. Cold continental breakfast was barely adequate considering the price point of the room. We skipped it and found breakfast elsewhere.”

“We really enjoyed our stay. The refrigerator wasn’t working but they tried to inform us when we were in flight and we worked with property management to make it right. They were there to fix it as soon as the part was in. Great pool and beach access (walking). Comfortable for our family”
