We had a great stay visiting our college student in Flagstaff. Enjoyed the living area and hot tub. Very comfortable beds and space. Great communication from the host, Jeff. First time we travelled with our dog and it was very pet friendly. We would stay again!

Flagstaff Vacation
The house and location is great. The house is well maintained and very clean. The kitchen is well supplied with utensils, dishes and cookware. It snowed overnight three of the days there and it was very nice to be able to park in the garage, a major plus in our book. The hot tub and outdoor grill were clean and easy to use. We loved the neighbor and closeness to major roads in the city. Jeff, the host was very responsive to our questions plus very grateful and welcoming to his property. He is certainly a five star host as well as the house itself.

Very nice accommodations in a quiet neighborhood on the outskirts of Flagstaff. The hot tub in the back yard was a nice touch; we even enjoyed it while it was snowing. Thanks for a fun winter escape.

We had a great stay at Paradise in the Pines. Jeff's house was well stocked and had everything we needed and then some. Our kids and dogs loved it and are ready to book again next time in Flagstaff.

Wonderful Home!
From the time I inquired about the home until check out the owner, Jeff, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was great. And it truly was! The home was as perfect for our family and our Flagstaff trip. The home was clean, comfortable, and very well stocked. We really enjoyed using the hot tub in the evening, and we cooked several means in the kitchen which had everything we needed. Next time we would love to bring our pups as it was so pet friendly there. Also check in/out was easy peasy. Thank you for hosting us, we can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful Home and Location in Flagstaff
We had a wonderful stay at this home over the week of Christmas. Great open concept kitchen, dining and living and with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms there was room for all to be comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook . Enjoyed the coffee and tea options also. The hot tub was a great amenity to enjoy. All was super clean and our host was great at communicating all we would need to know for our stay. Would absolutely recommend this home for a family needing space and wanting to enjoy all that Flagstaff and Northern Arizona have to offer. The host has great information on things to do if needed. We recently moved away from Flagstaff so are very familiar with everything, but thought it was great information for those that might not know all there is to enjoy in the area.

Amazing place!
My family loved staying in Jeff’s home for a little getaway in the pines! The home is well equipped with tons of amenities and super dog friendly. My 9 yr old loves the hot tub. The location is super convenient and I adore the neighborhood. I went for a daily run and felt safe and soaked in the beautiful views. Jeff is the best host I’ve ever had experience with. He was kind and extremely attentive to every detail to make your stay comfortable.

What a Lovely Property nestled in a suburban neighborhood
We had a great time! Everything was clean. House had everything we needed. Hot water, coffee pods, and a jacuzzi and fire pit. We roasted s’mores and relaxed in the hot tub every evening. Really close to downtown flagstaff. What made it extra special was the record player. Our boys had never seen one and they had a blast learning how to play a record and listening to the classics Jeff had there. And the host Jeff was so pleasant and helpful! Truly if you need anything he’s right there to help! We told him the thermostat was up a bit to high and he immediately remedied it! Highly recommend this property, especially for the price!

Wonderful property. It is a rarity when you leave your home and get to a vacation rental property and are as comfortable as your own home. Modern, clean, fantastic, quality mattresses as well. The owner has thought through providing all of the little details. We will be back.

First Class All the Way
We had an amazing stay. Everything about this home is first class. From the cleanliness to the neighborhood to the comfortableness of the beds. We felt everything was perfect about this home. The communication with Jeff is outstanding. He is responsive and helpful. He even allowed us to check in early as the house is available. The records and the record player were a nice touch. My 13 year old son, and the rest of the family enjoyed sitting and listening to music during the day when we had downtime. It is close to town and everything you would want to do in the greater Flagstaff area. The backyard is very nice as well. This would be our first choice for a stay again in the Flagstaff area.
