Frukosten var helt okej, det kunde dock bli lite kö då det inte var så stort frukostområde. Rummet var fint och rent vid ankomst, vi saknade dock diskmedel och diskborste vilket vi tyckte borde finnas. ”

“There were flies everywhere. All over the lobby, the kids play area, the dining area, and the food bar. Completely unsanitary. If I knew how to make a complaint to the Austrian Health Ministry I would. Excuses ranged from claiming not to notice, to blaming it on the season, to asserting the hotel had tried everything even though I never saw one fan, barrier, or other attempt to protect the food.
