Was unable to receive check in instructions
Made multiple attempts to contact the host of this property for check in instructions (email. text, and phone) starting early in the week to the day of our arrival. We never received them and had to make last minute (day of arrival) arrangements to find somewhere else while traveling to our location. We were coming from California to Idaho to attend our grandson's wedding with other family members joining also and were scrambling to find something suitable. Very stressful for us and unacceptable to say the least of the host. As we never stayed on the property we really couldn't property rate cleanliness, accuracy or location but was required to answer before it would let us submit.

Pretty awful
The house was full of potential. Nice open living space, nice location. I was not given check-in process until I reached out 45 minutes before check in time. The house was filthy. I mean filthy. Smelled strongly of pets. Food crumbs throughout the house. Bedding balled up in the rooms, used. Showers and baths with soap residue. Blood on a shower curtain. I reached out to manager and was told "we will reach out to cleaners". Oh, and the front door didn't latch. Deadbolt had to be engaged to keep door shut. "we will let maintance know". I reached out for help with wifi. He sent password again. Still unable to log in. I will say, my 13 year old son's favorite part of the stay was his fly hunting experience. We stopped counting after 45 flys were swatted as we spent the first 2 hours of our stay cleaning. VRBO was contacted and there response: "Normal mild cleanliness issue" We sent pictures. We have pictures. Not impress with customer service either. Just a peachy, peachy experience(sarcasm for those not fluent)

The host was not avaiable to check in. We ended up finding another place for 16 people upon arrival. The vrbo agent couldnt get a hold of them either. Hopefully i get a refund.

Could not get a hold of anyone for the entry code.
The house was nice. The trash cans were full and there is no information on were to put them and what day is trash day. Also I did not realize it was a pet friendly house.

Cute place
We had a great stay as a family here. Good location and nice place. We enjoyed the smart TVs and games. However dishes in the kitchen were lacking. Could use some basic things, mixing bowls, measuring cups, limited pots and pans. And communicating with the host was not great. I sent a couple messages and the only response back were auto generated messages reminding me of the rules, and expectations, never addressed the issues. Overall a great stay, would stay again!

Great space with tons of extra beds
this is an amazing place for a quick stay! it’s pretty remote if you’re looking to stand for Falls, but if you want some peace and quiet and serenity you will appreciate this place LOTS of extra blowup mattresses and plenty of sheets Place was very clean!
