“Fue genial, un hotel super tranquilo para desconectar y relajarse.la comida es fantástica. Sin embargo hay q tener un.poco de cuidado con la información en recepción spa. Y unas sonrisas no hacen daño a nadie, es todo lo contrario”

“We were made to feel at home right away by an extremely friendly hotel staff. The hotel is well situated: close to shoping mall ,royal palace and Medina. Room was exactly like a normal 4 star hotel in France or Italy. Breakfast was excellent & reasonably priced with variety of western & local food available in buffet style layout + eggs & pancake cooked according to guests' tastes...Pool for kids and one for adults adjacent ( not huge but enough to have a good swim)In short; had good time, staff...

"TERRIBLE ATTENTION SINCE ARRIVAL, reception personnel didn’t help or even care, and when asked to call a supervisor they didn’t do it, then after several visits and very upset, I asked for the email of supervisor and GM, and the response was “why?” And NO, incredible! After a few visits to reception trying to solve our problems seems that reservations didn’t do their job either, they , not only they made me wait, several times, then they have their prayers and they of course all leave. And yes, incredibly, nothing was solved.
Not even the printer on the reception worked,
Check-out was as-bad, we had to show the reservations and loose more time so we were not overcharged.
Anyways, tha hotel needs renovation immediately. Huge pool What a shame, marriott shouldn’t have the brand in that property unless training comes their way."
"Definitely not a 5 star hotel. The check in said that it was at 12:00 p.m. and we arrived at 1:30p.m. and for our surprise they told us that the room wasn’t ready and they had us waiting at the lobby….
Our room had no towels, we had to ask for them. Only two towels were handed. No hand towels, floor pads or anything. The bathtub is too high you can easily fall from it.
The pool is nice from the room, it’s no heated. If you want to use the heated pool they charge you extra for that. Then we asked for pizza and drinks and didn’t have half of the menu.
The only decent thing was the spa which the lady was very nice. "
