Disappointing. Website lead us to believe that there were varied menus on offer. In reality this was not the case so feal like false advertising. All inclusive is buffet style. Foods that were supposed to be hot were barely lukewarm. I had stomach upset for the first couple of days. The food got very repetitive. We ended up eating out most evenings as the food was so poor. When you've paid all inclusive this is not ideal. The only fruit at breakfast seemed to be grapes. Melon was served at lunch & dinner but I expect a better fruit selection at breakfast as this seems the norm on other holiday's else where. We did mention all of this to a manager & all he could say was we know it will be better next year. A little too late as will not be returning next year!! The place matts were stained & food under tables from previous night. Sunbeds were never cleaned or path ways hosed down. Minimal amount of sweeping was all we witnessed. A general lack of pride & attention to detail is really lacking. As holidays are getting more & more expensive so we do expect a levels of value for money. It is a real shame as the location is stunning. Rooms were good size with big bed, cleaned daily, though floors not mopped as noticed bottom of my feet where black even after shower & washing them. I do hope things improve or they will lose business.
